Beach Lover's Retreat End Unit Villa House w Pet-Private Beach

All was good. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, easy in-and-out. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Kitchen was fully equip.

The condo needed some work. The guest bathroom faucet would spin freely, the couch had 2x6 under for the broken foot, the cabinets in kitchen were coming off the wall, the fridge and stove both leaned back and were not level, the screen doors were all ripped up a and did not operate properly. The bed in the master is con-caved in the middle where people have slept. Glad we brought toppers to make the bed comfy. There was only 1 bike found another one with flat tires and fixed it up so we could ride bikes. We made due with what we had but I can’t recommend this place to anyone until they get issues fixed for guest.

The property was exactly as described, very clean, great location and excellent communication with the Owner. We got into the island earlier than expected and early check-in worked out. We are very happy with our stay and will hopefully book this spot again next year!

We had a great stay at this lovely condo! My favorite things were the comfortable bed, well equipped big roomy kitchen, nice big kitchen table, open spacious floor plan. It really was perfect for my family of four!

Close to the pool and about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed having the cart to carry the beach stuff and had one good chair there, had to purchase another for us older folks. Place could use some painting soon. Over all we had a great time!

This place is very spacious and in a great location in Palmetto Dunes! The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved that the laundry was right in there as well. Living room was wide open and had plenty of seating. Both bedrooms had plenty of space, comfortable beds, and great ceiling fans. We loved the deck, which had lots of privacy. It was an easy bike ride to the beach and to Shelter Cove. The unit could use a few updates, but it's all cosmetic and doesn't take away from all the positives! (Side note: This is a pet friendly unit, but it was very clean and did not have any lingering smell or pet hair!)

We stayed in this Palmetto Dunes unit in May 2025. Check in process was very easy, the host provided all info we need before we arrived. The condo has everything we need. It is very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and working. The unit has a patio that we use daily to enjoy breakfast and dinner. There is a water faucet in the back area which is very convenient to wash beach equipments and the dog. It is in a perfect location, 8 min walk to the beach, 15 min bike ride to shopping mall, 5 min walk to the bike / kayak rental store. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again in the near future.

The host was very accommodating with al our request. Location was ideal and villa was very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

4 days before arriving I sent a message to the host about our friends coming midweek and we would need another car pass. No response. We arrived at checkin after a long drive and our parking passes were not there. Our name was not listed and when the gate manager pulled up the address there was a different owner listed. We were in a panic. Once that was resolved, we were told 2 passes would be 70 which was a complete surprise. Once we dealt with that I sent a message to the host. No response since. Finding a parking spot was difficult. 3 nts it was a long walk (recovering from a broken ankle) One night we received a citation. Another nt we were cussed out by the HOA president. We were satisfied with the home but won’t go back.

We had a wonderful stay on Hilton Head. The area was beautiful, the condo had everything we needed, and it was very relaxing. We would return if we were in the area again. Amanda was very helpful.

In the area for some tournaments over the weekend and the location was perfect. Property was clean and well maintained.

We were just visiting to dip our toes in the water and get a feel of the area and its atmosphere and this place was the perfect location setting us smack dab in the middle of everything. Our only complaint is our vacation wasn’t long enough to do everything. Trip two is in the plans.

Was here for work with our dog and this place for our needs just fine for that. Good: owner easy to reach, big, clean, good layout, nice neighborhood, 12 minute walk to beach, alligator in nearby pond, bed was comfortable. Meh: needs updates like paint and decorations, bikes didn’t work, no smart TVs. To be fair, it was fine and price was reflective of what you got. Would stay again.

This is a very great condo in a wonderful location. We stay frequently in this area. It was very spacious and could easily sleep 5 people. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend staying here, but a few things need to be fixed. A few outlets didn’t work, the light in the shower, and the pillows need to be replaced. Other than that I highly recommend! The condo was nice but definitely needs to be updated.

Photos are accurate. Spacious rooms and well appointed. Unfortunately villa needs to be sprayed for pest. Several healthy roaches. We understand the problems of infestation in this climate, but regular treatment might correct the problem and make the vacation more enjoyable.

It’s was good. House was well furnished. Some of the pools were closed for maintenance. I guess because of the decent hurricanes. Palmetto Dunes is a very nice community and easy to get to the beach.

This property is exactly like the pictures. I was very anxious about staying here with our family as it was a last minute booking but the property is nice and kept up very well. There are a few things like a beach wagon, a cooler, some beach chairs, etc. that others have left for enjoyment which is really nice.The walk to the beach is all on sidewalks and took our family about 15 minutes. It is very doable for a family. We did end up renting bikes and it was a quick bike ride, also very easy! We loved riding our bikes around Palmetto Dunes. Queens Grant is one of the first properties as you enter Palmetto Dunes and there is a lot to explore. Something as an aside that I really liked about this spot specifically is that there is a door separating the bedrooms from the main rooms. This is in addition to the bedroom doors. It is so nice if you have different aged kids who go to bed at different times or get up earlier than others to have just a little bit of extra sound barrier. :)

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Pool is very close and golf is a short walk away. The place is comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay again...
