- This home, like most coastal beach homes, does not have AC. There is no central heat. Portable space heaters are the main source of heat, if needed.

- This is a lower level of a duplex. thus there may be noise heard from the upper unit, if occupied.

• The San Diego Airport has a convenient, central location in the city. However, one of the flight paths goes over the Mission Bay channel, at the South end of Mission Beach. Airplane noise may be heard intermittently throughout the day, flights are not permitted between the hours of 11pm - 6am

• This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. We have a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

- There is an additional charge for over 5 guests.
This unit has a common wall upstairs to another rental above. This being said, there is a noise curfew of 10pm so as not to disturb the upstairs tenants.

Outdoor Areas: The ground floor patio is for your exclusive use. Upstairs guests may only access your patio for ingress and egress. Upper level deck is for the exclusive use of guests renting 728 San Luis Rey Pl.
