Keys must be returned to lockbox on departure

COOKING:
Strong-smelling foods (e.g. curries) incur $450 deep cleaning fee

PETS:

Full refund if no alternative available

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for any damage, loss, or breakages
Report issues immediately
Do not exceed maximum occupancy

No excessive noise (especially after 10pm)
Breaches may result in eviction without refund

Lost keys / lockout:
$100 call-out fee + replacement costs

CHECK-OUT REQUIREMENTS:
️ Remove all food from fridge
️ Place rubbish in council bins
️ Wash and pack away dishes
️ Empty dishwasher

BBQ must be cleaned after use
$100 fee if not cleaned

Remove excess rubbish (fees apply if left behind)
️ Return furniture to original position
No smoking ($400 penalty applies)
No illicit drugs

Allow access for repairs if required

❗ Host on the Coast is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings

Lost property: If any items are left behind, we are happy to arrange their return. Please note this will incur a $30 administration fee, in addition to the postage cost.
