We had a fantastic stay. The house has a great layout and was extremely clean. Everything felt well thought out and comfortable. The views were absolutely spectacular and truly made the experience special. Juan and the entire staff were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to return.

The house was in perfect condition. The house were excellent from the moment that I booked it offering to help, getting groceries, arranging a chef, and taking care of everything that we needed. The view was great and everything worked in the home so we had a wonderful time.

Great experience! The hosts were able to pretty much get us anything we needed. The maid service and chefs were impeccable! This is a big property and could easily fit 12 people, but we only had 7 attend. Keep in mind, if you request something before you arrive, they will not let you cancel it.

Juan and Irania made our stay absolutely incredible. They delivered on everything they said they would and more. Would absolutely recommend staying at this property or any others managed by this group. Best in the business.

It was amazing! It truly is a spectacular villa with wonderful views, amenities were incredible, staff was first class and professional and provided and fulfilled our every need! I was my husband’s 60th Surprise Birthday Party and the Chef dinners only added to the impressive weekend we all will never forget! Thank you!!!

My friends and I had the BEST time at this house. The house was very clean and there was plenty of space for the 12 of us. The property manager was very nice and helpful. He was always available when we reached out to him. We will be back!

If there were 10 this Villa would receive 11 . The pictures don't compare to the actual Villa. It was 6 of us for my 50th Birthday. Everyone had their own room.

Excellent and attentive staff. Beautiful and spacious home. Close to everything, yet far enough away to enjoy the views peacefully. We had an amazing time.

The property is gorgeous, and management communicative. Some of the cars were late but otherwise all good!

What can i say, Bayview Villa was absolutely AMAZING! Every part of the stay at Bayview was flawless. The check in, the hosts (Juan and Irania) were so accommodating and helpful, the house was beautiful! I cannot say enough good things about this place!! We have stayed at multiple different places in Cabo but nothing compares to the Bayview Villa! We had a group of 6 guys and every one of them loved their rooms. Juan and Irania were so accommodating, helping us with transportation, food deliveries, basically anything we needed. I can't thank them enough for being such wonderful hosts!! We plan to stay there again next year as I can't imagine anything topping this place. Do Not hesitate when booking Bayview villa, you will be so impressed. There is not one bad thing i can say about the place. Just simply amazing! Thank you to Juan and Irania for showing our group such an amazing time!
