Stayed Aug 1, 2025A four day weekend with 3 families. After searching endlessly for a place to stay at ocean city we bumped into this location and so happy we did. What a perfect location that offers everything for a perfect summer getatway. The host was always responsive. The house was absolutely beautiful. The rooms perfectly accommodating for 3 families. We had all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and tools to cook all of our meals. The children were able to bike around, we enjoyed the pool and gorgeous scenery. It’s definitely a must go again next year. Only 25 mi tires away from ocean city we were still able toGo to the beach and restaurants even though you had everything you needed just in the one location.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Property was perfect for our family vacation. The location of the house in proximity to the amenities and beaches was just as the description noted. Having all the bikes, fishing poles, beach equipment in the house made our trip there 100% better as we didn’t have to travel with anything! Jackie was a wonderful host and was quick with any communication before the trip. 10/10 recommend this property.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025What a lovely home... we prepared meals in the fully equipped kitchen & had plenty of seating area for our crew. The community had many amenities that we took full advantage of. It was easy to purchase passes for the community pools, paddleboarding & kayaking. Rounded out the trip with a day at the beach. Wonderful home and wonderful time!!!

Stayed Jun 19, 2025We had a great stay! The house was clean and stocked with all you could need and more. Communication with the host was excellent. We really enjoyed the resort amenities. We used the gym, pool and kayaks. We even enjoyed a wonderful concert on Juneteenth! Our family had a marvelous time!

Stayed Aug 4, 2024House was very nice and convenient to the Common pool area and shopping area. Greatly appreciated the use of the bikes and the grill that were in the garage. The extra fridge in yhe garage was nice for the extra waters and beers bought. Hard to fish in the pond, since it was not very easy to get close to the edge of the pond, but nice to sit out and relax by the pond. Minor issues, need to fix both the master bathroom and back doors. They both stick and are very hard to close, especially the back door, had to slam it very hard to get it to close. Also the ice maker in the door didnt produce ice but the freezer did, so might just need it to be looked at. Definitely recommend this house and host. On

Stayed Jun 28, 2024The house was very nice but we had the impression it was a lot closer to the pool than it was so with one 1 parking spot at the house and with 4 small kids and 6 adults it was a lot of going to get cars and finding places to park. There was also no place for the kids to play outside as the pond was right there.
