What a great place to stay on our vacation. So comfortable even with our grandchildren. The pool kept them busy. And what a great pool it is, along with the house feeling so welcoming and comfortable. John the owner was very accommodating. Hope to be able to stay again in the future. The home was very clean, with plenty of light and space and seemed quite new. Everything one could possibly need was supplied, from shampoo in the showers to beach chairs to basic kitchen supplies (even spices!). We never traveled further than 8 or 10 miles for shopping, the beach and fabulous restaurants. We spent lazy mornings with coffee on the lovely front porch, then zipped over to the beach.The fun continued when we returned from the beach in the saltwater pool which was much larger than it looks in photos and sparkling clean. Fishing and crabbing off the dock while barbecuing steaks on the grill finished off the evenings. The host was phenomenally responsive and helpful. There is nothing I can possibly think of that would make this vacation spot any better!

We give this home a 5 star review for the amenities, especially the pool! What a delight to have access to a saltwater pool anytime we liked. On the other side of the house, the front porch was a great place to watch our kids play in the morning shade. We all enjoyed the home from age 6 months to 86! When an urgent issue did come up, the owner was quick to resolve it. Great place to vacation!

This was home was everything we hoped for! We were looking for a place at the beach where our grandkids could enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking, swimming in their own pool, and plenty of space in the home to spread out and not feel crowded. This home was all that and more! John was very easy to communicate with and very easy going with any requests we had. The home is very spacious and included everything we needed. It was so nice to have towels and sheets provided - one less thing we had to bring along!

Such a wonderful and beautiful property. Enough space for a party of 16 to spread out, sleep comfortably and enjoy quality time together. It was an easy drive up to the beach but honestly with the water out your back door, the awesome pool and the fantastic screened in porch you didn’t have to leave to enjoy your the area. By far our favorite Selbyville neighborhood to stay in. Safe for the kids to bike and walk around. I have a feeling we’ll be regulars!

The property exceeding expectations! The host was great at communication and the house was amazing. Everyone in the group had nothing but great reviews on the property. The neighborhood was super friendly and easy to navigate.

My friends and I have been going away for Approximately 20 years! We happened upon this house and are hoping to go back again next year! John is wonderful to work with! Totally recommend this house for your next vacation!

This was a dream rental, a safe and quiet neighborhood. Minutes from Ocean City MD, and other restaurants and stores. Everything about this house screamed vacation, from its spacious living room and kitchen. The poolside area has a dock where we went crabbing, having the outdoor shower was amazing, the pool is saltwater which was a huge plus. The bedrooms comfortably fit our large family, 15 of us. I wish I could keep this house a secret but others should have the same experience as us. Our host John was very attentive and dealt with any issue we had which was less then a handful.

We had a phenomenal stay at the house. The location is far enough from the madness but close enough to everything else not make it a hassle to get out and about. The pool is so lovely, house is clean. Amazing amenities from whole house speakers, linens, blenders and more. John is super responsive and handles any problems immediately. We will stay here again. Don’t hesitate just book it.

Perfect property to escape with family and friends. Beautifully decorated with a large well stocked kitchen and family room area. The saltwater pool next to the canal was the perfect place to relax after coming back from the beach! We highly recommend this property!
