Bayside Resort 3 BR 3BA, Pools, Golf : Outdoor Pools and Gym

This clean, well appointed home provides plenty of room for a large family or group of friends. It's located in a resort that offers pools, a gym, bars, restaurants, and other amenities. We appreciated all of the extras in the house, from beach chairs and towels to kids toys and high chairs. We ate out but the kitchen is fully-stocked so you could easily cook your meals there.

We had a great stay, although too short. This is an amazingly clean home, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a great vacation. Perfect location in the amazing Bayside community and Jennifer the host is great to deal with. 5+ Stars!

The property was exactly as listed and was a wonderful location to spend a few days near the beach.

The house was comfortable and well stocked with amenities, supplies, appliances, games, etc. The property manager was very attentive and promptly amended a minor inconvenience, making our family of 5 vacation relaxing and memorable. Would return in the future and would recommend to others.

The Bayside Community is a slice of paradise near the Delaware Beaches - and this home is probably one of the best in the community! The house is far enough away from the main amenities of the community to have quiet streets, and it has a lovely screened porch overlooking peaceful farmland behind the house and a small pond with fountains beside it. I loved watching the sunrise while rocking in the chairs on the front porch and sitting in the screened porch while enjoying an evening rainstorm. And my kids enjoyed lounging in the loft, swimming in the indoor community pool, fishing in the pond, and getting to an from Bethany Beach, Ocean City, and Assateague State Park within 15-30 minutes. This was a memorable stay for all these reasons and for the great communication and hospitality of the host, Jennifer!

The house was exactly as featured. As a senior I found it easy to use the app. The property manager/owner was very accessible and helpful. The home and resort had something for everyone. What a beautiful home. The owner truly went above and beyond. Coffee bar was stocked, forgot your toothbrush, no worries there was some provided if necessary. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash all there. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs all provided. Felt very much like home. 5 stars all around.

This Bayside home was lovely. The property sits next to a pond that is a beautiful view to watch on the upper deck area during the morning sunrise. The decor is beautiful inside the home. The beds are so comfortable that we asked the homeonwer the brand of mattress. The home is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need. There is plenty of beach items to take for a great family outing. Jennifer was a great host as she was quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. I would definitely stay again.

This property is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you’ll need. The large kitchen had a coffee and tea bar, fully stocked with a Keurig. Large loft area for hanging out area. Very good WiFi. Space to play in side yard for yard games. Large bedrooms and walk in closets. The garage had everything you’d need for a day at the beach. Boogie boards, beach chairs, many beach towels and beach toys. My grandkids loved the 5 scooters too! Super clean and bright home. Walking distance to two swimming pools. Beautiful neighborhood. Ten minutes to Fenwick Beach. The host responded to my questions in a timely manner. Easy to work with. We’d love to return!
