We stayed here with our young children for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The room was nice and and loved having a full kitchen to prepare meals (especially when it snowed heavily and the whole town shut down). The kids loved the mini golf and being able to go right outside the room for sledding. The clubhouse with games, darts, etc. was also fun for the kiddos when it got a little too cold out. It's also just a short drive to Sugar Mountain for snowboarding and tubing. Will definitely be back!

We had booked a villa and were given a 3rd floor apartment. We could see trash all over on the ground from the balcony. Hot water would work only if one bathroom is used. If both bathrooms were used, no one would get hot water. We had a toddler and climbing 3rd floor with a toddler and bags and food was a hassle. Jacuzzi was moldy and looked so dirty that we didn’t even feel like taking a bath. We were expecting a single story villa - not a 2 bedroom apartment. Swimming pool and hot tub were closed and the building needed to be torn down for repairs. We were not informed about that. Per day charges were way more than the amenities and we feel cheated. Would never visit again. I can send the trash and moldy jacuzzi pics, if needed.

The resort was beautiful with lots of things to do. The grounds were beautiful with a little lake, mini golf, fire pit and daily activities planned if you wanted to join in. It was close to many quaint restaurants and things to see.

We enjoyed the resort overall. Disappointed that the pool was closed. My daughter was looking forward to it. Everything else was nice. We also wish communication was better for check out process.

The description and pictures are accurate. I appreciate the large closet for everyone’s winter gear. I also appreciate the bathroom heater. Nice kitchen. We went in the winter.

I have stayed at this location a few times and was satisfied with it in the past. This time, we had a death in the family and I tried to call bluegreen to cancel and was on hold for over 30 minutes on two serrated calls with no luck on reaching someone. We ended up staying one night out of the three we booked. We were really looking forward to the pool, but found out it is permanently closed due to structural issues. There is no indication in the advertising. The pool is falsely advertised. Also there is no WiFi. Lastly, we stayed on the 3rd floor and the floors must be insanely thin. Our 2 year old could barely walk without the down stairs neighbors banging on the ceiling. The room was nice, but we will probably not be back. By the way, we were not offered any kind of refund or credit due to leaving early for the death in our family. Was really disappointed with this place
