Banksia Breeze Villa – North One Mile Beach



This newly renovated 2 bedroom villa, is located a short walk to North One Mile Beach, Forster golf course and ‘The Fairways’ shops. Your pet is also welcome! (extra fee, T's & C's apply).



Single level open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opening onto an elevated outdoor patio with 2 stairs leading down onto lush green grass in the enclosed backyard with manicured garden beds, and a second undercover outdoor dining area.



The master bedroom has a relaxed feel with plantation shutters, ceiling fan and queen bed and 2 windows for the breeze to flow through. The second bedroom has 2 King single beds with ceiling fan and louver windows plus a door that leads out to the undercover outdoor dining area.



Bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a second toilet off the laundry. The laundry is separate off the patio and has a front load washer & clothes dryer.

Pet-friendly: Yes, however please ask permission & pet fee, & T's & C's apply. Your pet will have a lovely enclosed backyard, with 2 undercover patios plus a laundry to sleep.



Location: One Mile Beach is a quiet beachside neighborhood and offers stunning natural attractions with one of the friendliest seaside golf courses on the mid north coast. At the northern end you’ll find Bennett's Head Lookout, offering 360 degree views from The Tanks, right down to Cape Hawke and South One Mile Beach. It also boasts the giant sandhill, a popular attraction for sand sliding and boarding, or just enjoy watching dolphins, sea eagles, and if you’re there at the right time, you might spot whales migrating.



South of One Mile Beach you’ll find Burgess Beach – a secluded, sheltered beach hidden by vegetation and accessed by a steep path. Although it doesn't have the facilities of some of the larger beaches it’s a great spot for families, as it offers rock pools and small rock cave formations to explore.

One Mile Beach is a perfect choice for guests looking to enjoy the simple joys of nature, and the convenience of proximity to the CBD. The Southern end of the beach is patrolled from Spring through to the end of the Autumn school holidays. There is also a cafe with a playground.

Getting here: This property is 145 kilometres from Newcastle Airport, or approximately 3.5 hours’ drive (327 kilometres) from Sydney Airport. Once you are in Forster, anything further than walking distance is only a short taxi ride away.
