Azure Breeze 3! Peaceful & Pristine-3Bd, 3 BATH AWAY from crowds! Beachfront!

Great location, wonderful hosts!

Gosh, where to begin! We didn't have great weather our frist 3 days but this beautiful condo provided all we needed and more inside. Then the weather improved and the outside was even better! We kayaked, snorkled and beach walked for miles. We picked the Northside for our first Cayman trip to avoid crowds and it was perfect. We did drive in a couple times but there were plenty of restaurants nearby the condo. Thank you so very much for everything. Hopefully we'll be back!

This is the absolute best rental house we have stayed in, and we've stayed in many over the last 30 plus years. The house has everything you could need and more!!!! I am an avid snorkeler and the location is fantastic. Walk out the patio door and hop in. This visit was extra special as it was the first time our grandsons (12 and 14) snorkeled. I thought they were going to turn into fish. they spent hours in the back and marveled at all of the marine life. they also enjoyed the kayak and were very good about ferrying Mom Mom out to the reef! The new furniture and decor was fantastic. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their piece of paradise and they keep it up so well. I'd give it ten stars if it was possible.

Our first time to Grand Cayman and it was a blast!! The property is exactly as advertised. 3 bedroom 3 bath with a king, queen and two twin beds. Plenty of room for our 5 adults and one teen. The master bedroom is spacious and open with a very comfortable king bed. The kitchen and living room is nice and open so everyone can be together. It could use a bigger garbage can. Owners provide all the essentials and sports equipment you need. The beach is quiet but a little rocky and seaweedy. View from the patio and balcony are amazing!! Nice location with a cheap restaurant and small grocery store minutes away. Run point is a short drive and has a nice beach for swimming, restaurant and water sports. Georgetown/seven mile beach are roughly 45 minutes by car but not a bad drive. The driving on the left and roundabouts take a little getting used to. We did plenty of activities and the location made it easier to do since the crystal caves are near there as well as a stingray cruise and bioluminescent tour departing from Rum Point. All in all a great trip and the villa was absolutely perfect for the what we needed!!

Everything is as advertised and the snorkelling off the beach is fantastic. The house has everything you could want. We really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the Northside is. Highly recommended!

This is our third stay and won't be our last. This is the absolute BEST location on the island and the absolute BEST equipped and decorated place!! Everything you need is there, with the possible exception of more than one spatula - but I use multiple spatulas every day at home so I'm glad they even had one as most places don't. ;-)Lili, the owners' daughter and now the property manger, was super responsive to our questions, especially when we had trouble with connecting to the TV!!! She provided excellent service.The place is always super clean, and, as I said, exceptionally well equipped, with nice items (dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, towels, etc. etc.) - not the more typical mismatched items provided in many rentals.It is obvious this is a well loved family home and you won't want to leave.And for me, an avid snorkeler who LOVES being able to just walk in the water and see all the pretty fish and other marine life, there's no place better than the Northside of Grand Cayman. We will be back!!!

Everything from booking through to arrival was easy. The home and amenities were exactly as advertised. Lili was easily accessibly, although we didn't need her. They provided great information, resources and recommendations for the entire island! Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend a family of 6 coming here!

Well cared for house located in a quiet section of Grand Cayman. Property owner's description was accurate. Owner provided a plethora of information prior to our arrival and was very attentive during our stay.

We truly enjoyed our holiday vacation and found this accommodation to be perfect for our needs. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. If we had a question the owners were quick to respond. Lovely place and fantastic location.

This is a great property and is exactly as show in VRBO. It is so cool to be right on the beach and be able to snorkel or kayak in your back yard. This is probably the best stocked VRBO I have ever been in. From beach gear, snorkel equipment, kitchen set up, and even kitchen and toiletry items. When you sign up to rent the owners sends you an extensive list of all that is at the condo and it was very accurate. She also sends you a lot of details about the island that we found very helpful and used to plan our activities for the day. It was incredibly useful. The only thing to consider is that it is much slower side of the island than seven mile. The beaches are not groomed the same way so there is a lot of sea grass on the beach. It is very natural and once we got used to it it did not bother us too much. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere most of the time but it is about 45min to an hour if you want to go to the west (seven mile area). We loved Rum Point and Kaibo Beach Club but other than that not much on the Northeast side. You also need to stock up on groceries on your way in because it is about a 20-25 min drive to nearest decent grocery store. Overall amazing condo and very neat right on the beach. If you looking for a quiet relaxing location this is definitely your spot. And the owners could not be better to work with! Loved our stay!

This lovely home is everything advertised, and more. Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay and made so many happy memories. The kitchen is well furnished, the home was spotless and the information the hosts provided about the area was very helpful in making our trip even better. On several occasions we were the only people on the beach. If you like a quiet, peaceful vibe, this is the place for you.

Five of us including my 86 year-old mother just came back from a week vacation at Chris’s lovely house. The house is located in very quiet neighborhood, very clean, with everything we needed. But most importantly, it’s at the best location for people like us who love snorkeling. We have checked out the west side ( 7 mile beach) and the east side, and find the best snorkeling area is indeed at our backyard. Even better than the coral garden, because the water is shallower here and the fishes are closer, so many different types, including star fish, conch, all right here. The waves are gentle most of the days. Only one day when the wind was 20 mph, we went to the 7 mile beach ( cemetery beach) where the wave was much bigger, could not even go in the water without being flipped. As we came back to the house, we went right in the water and enjoyed the beautiful fish and swim. There were no mosquitoes during the day. And we didn’t stay outside past the evening as it is much more comfortable staying inside with AC. We went in the water at least 2 times every day and hade the most relaxed and enchanted vacation. The sting ray charter we went per the direction of Chris was also fantastic. My mother was acting like a 5 year-old. Highly recommend this house.
