Award Winning Sun Serenity Villa in Private Cayman Kai

The property manager was waiting at the home to welcome us and give us a brief tour and answer any questions. Hurleys grocery delivered our order and had everything in the refrigerators and pantry before we arrived. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and so very spacious and comfortable. The 70 foot pool adjacent the white sand beach was incredible. Great outdoor BBQ area. We used the paddleboards and kayaks quite a bit too. Would definitely recommend this house to any family or group! The location is 10/10, the house is 10/10, and we loved being just a 2 minute beach walk away from all the fun, restaurant with beach service, tiki bar, and beach activity at Rum Point! Was also very convenient to have pickup location for fishing charter and catamaran excursion at Kaibo dock just a mile down the road. Bioluminescence bay is just a short kayak paddle along the beach from the house- was absolutely amazing.

I’ve been to several villas all over the world. The Sun Serenity is top shelf. The location was perfect for our family. It was tucked away in the amazing community of Rum point and walking distance to all of the Rum point amenities. Kaibo restaurant is a must do and only 5 minute drive. Great experience and will be coming back.

Beautiful house with all the amenities. Functional kitchen & pantry, large island & dining made for enjoyable meals & game nights. I never knew I needed two dishwashers! The dependable Wi-Fi allowed our son to work a few hours each day.

Property was amazing.

We recently spent 5 days with our family of 11- 8 adults and three babies ages 8 months, 1 year and 20 months and had the best time. This home was perfect for our family and had everything you could possibly need! It was fully stocked with coffee, paper products, garbage bags etc. The home is very spacious and all rooms are basically master suites. The babies loved how the pool has shallow ends for them to play. Plenty of beach toys and floats were included! There was a great sandy beach as well right out front. We loved being able to walk to Rum Point Club and Blue Flame to eat and have drinks. The home manager gave great suggestions for drivers, a private chef, massages at the home as well as a yoga instructor. Having groceries and beverages delivered to the home in advance was super helpful too! Justyna was always on standby to answer any questions we had! We will be back next year :) Highly recommend this home !

We were a family of 11 adults and stayed for 3 nights. I did not think it was possible but the home is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The tip sheet that we received before the trip was very helpful in making reservations for dinner and planning transportation. We walked to Rum Point for the Thursday Barbeque, did an island Tour with Leon transportation and had a beach day in which we used the kayaks and other water toys available in the home. During our stay we rented scooters to do a short grocery run at Chilsolms grocery store (about 5 miles from the home) and did a larger store run via taxi to Fosters. It was a great trip and we hope to return next year and stay at Sun Serenity again!

Our group was a group of six adult siblings and their spouses for our first annual Sibling Trip. We could not have picked a better house. Best house we've ever stayed in and there are some frequent travelers in our group. The house itself is amazing - the layout, the decorating, the high quality materials, the sound system, the well-stocked kitchen and pool toys/towels. Even the towels and bed linens were super soft and smelled so good. It was impeccably clean and everything felt brand new. The location was perfect for us - private beach on the quiet end of the island, a short walk to the Rum Point Club, a short drive to Kaibo and starfish point, close to a grocery store AND we had our own private little Stingray City at the sand bar right in front of the house. Just a short walk through the shallow water and you were there, with about 5-7 stingrays showing up every day to swim around you. Very cool. (Recommend water shoes to walk through the sea grass part). Tracey was the best host ever - before and during and after our stay. She is incredibly knowledgable and helpful about all things Cayman. She responds to any requests very quickly. She provides helpful tips and links well before your arrival so you can set up private chefs, charters, grocery delivery, etc. We did it all and it was wonderful. This house is perfection and we all felt like we were in heaven!

an outstanding house in a great location - modern clean and well kept very user friendly - 5 minute walk to Rum Point Club for drinks, meals and water sports, 20 minute walk around the point to the best snorkeling in the clearest ocean i have ever swam in - oh and BTW there is a miniature sting ray city 100 yards off the beach from the house where 6-10 sting rays hang out all day - we had 3 catered meals from local caterers and they were fabulous - we pre-stocked the house with groceries delivered from Hurley's and liquor delivered from Jacques Scott - the island is clean well kept and safe - Rum Point area is a very high end neighborhood with very large modern houses and residential and quiet - about 45 minutes to the airport/Seven Mile Beach - but the time is worth it - you are out of the fray of the cruise ships and the high rise hotels - all in all an excellent vacation option

Our family was fortunate enough to find this Vrbo property about one year ago. We were looking the perfect place to celebrate my 70th birthday. Sun Serenity was perfect in every way! Stunning views- close to rum point club- awesome pool and living area. We could not have had a better experience! The host was awesome in communicating. Sun Serenity is truly an AMAZING property……We had the best vacation there! Tracy was very responsive and her assistance with snorkeling charter, spa services and private chef were all great experiences. Thanks again and hope to return soon.
