The house was exactly as described, all of the amenities one would need for the week. Such a great place and we look forward to our return visit.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and very comfortable. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Will definitely stay here again.

House was beautiful and felt like a home away from home. Pool area was clean. We had an electrical outage during our stay and the owner and property manager were very communicative regarding updates and comfortably. Both were fantastic! We would stay again!

The property was perfect for our family and made for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every minute in this comfortable vacation home. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days at the parks. Kazan was attentive and responsive, staying in touch and addressing any needs promptly. Overall, this is a five-star vacation rental—highly recommended! Check in and check out were a breeze.

The property was as described and shown on the website, it was really clean with plenty of space. The outside over looked the golf course which was great entertainment when the golfers messed up there shots.Communication with Kazan was fab and she even supported a slightly later check out due to a later flight time. She shared details of the check in/out process in good time before our arrival and everything was simple and straight forward. You didn’t need to think about anything other than food and drinks. The villa would easily work for multiple couples or two families with children as the bedrooms are either side of the villa. There was plenty of towels for showers and pool use too. Our only suggestion would be to consider replacing the mattress in the master bedroom as this felt very soft (I personally like a firmer mattress) and we often rolled into the middle, after a few days we got used to it so wasn’t a deal breaker and wouldn’t put me off from staying. Thank you for having us!

Having visited the villa for the second year running as expected we were blown away with how perfect this was for all of us. Plenty of golf for the fellas and plenty of pool and retail therapy for the ladies. The villa was pristine and in a perfect location and welcoming and communication with the host was first class. There are plenty of options locally for eating with Manny’s Chophouse a particular favourite. Conveniently located to be away from the hustle and bustle but within an hour of Disney / Universal (even on a busy day on the I4) and Busch Gardens and Tampa.

Great location out of the main central Florida communities. Pool was great for younger children. A third bathroom would have been nice, but our group of 8 managed OK.

Wonderful property right on the 7th fairway. Plenty of room and beautiful sunsets out by the pool.

My wife and I, along with two other couples, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable. Although I didn't have a need to contact Kazan during our stay, communication prior to our arrival was easy and she was very responsive. Our trip intention was to visit some local friends and play a few rounds of golf. I had played at Southern Dunes in the past, and highly recommend. The community is a mix of owner occupied and homes for rent like Kazan's, so neighbors will come and go like we did.

This place is absolutely amazing. The location is the best we have stayed in Florida. We could go on walks with our kids every day, go swimming in the pool, walk to Walmart if we wanted. The pool was perfect size. The lanai was perfect rain or shine because the sitting areas is covered. The rooms were wonderful and clean. Kazan is an amazing host and gets back to you if I had ANY questions at all. I would 10/10 recommend this place to everyone. Drive time wasn’t bad either, to Disney, or Busch gardens either.

This is the seventh property we’ve stayed in in the Orlando area and we found it to be excellent. It was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and had every single kitchen gadget you can think of to make our stay more comfortable - the air fryer was a godsend when the kids wanted a quick and easy meal. Kazan, the host, was always extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and the home is in a beautiful community that is extremely peaceful and pristinely maintained. We loved that Walmart was just a five minute walk away (so convenient when you run out of groceries) and our favourite restaurant, Manny’s, is just a short walk or even shorter drive away. My only (minor) criticisms would be; there weren’t quite enough coat hangers for our clothes; there are only two bathrooms (which was occasionally an inconvenience if our teenage boys were using one each - you know how long men love to take in the bathroom); the light over the outdoor area didn’t work - perhaps a bulb had gone but it was too high for us to reach; and the pool deck had a few rust stains from the furniture and maybe is due a touch-up. All that said, it wasn’t enough to put us off and we have already booked this home again for next year. It was a delightful stay and I can’t wait to return.

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The property is an absolute delight and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Our trip to Orlando this year was to relax by the pool and the guys to go golfing (we have done the parks a couple of times), and we could not have asked for anything more! Kazan was the most wonderful host, who helped us move to this villa from the original we had booked into, that did not have a functioning pool. Kazan could not do enough for us in a very difficult situation that did spoil our first 2 days of our holiday. The communication from Kazan was above and beyond what we expected, and I felt that I had made a friend.
