Wonderful house! The view was amazing from the balcony—the pictures don’t do it justice. The host was responsive and very kind. The pool was a good size and easily accommodated our group. The house was well-stocked with the basics for dishes and cooking. 5/5, highly recommend.

House and location were awesome. Our morning coffee was awesome with the incredible view from the balcony. We spend a lot of time between Cane Bay, Christiansted, and Fredricksted and the house is a short drive from any of the locations. We bring our own snorkeling gear, but the house is well stocked with snorkeling gear and even had a nice cooler and a couple nice beach chairs.

This villa is NOT a LUXURY VILLA. Kitchen didnt even have a pot large enough to cook our lobster in. We also hired a private chef to cook on location. Our chef struggled to be able to see what she was doing and we had to carry our plates from the dinning table to the kitchen island to get enough lighting to even take a picture of plate presentation....terrible, no overhead lighting at all.I have stayed in St. Croix MULTIPLE times and i understand the need to leave instruction notes but there were notes EVERYWHERE in this place. I felt like i was in grade school. Do this, dont do this, mist the air plant, dont open window waiting on parts...notes EVERYWHERE.The beach ?? There is NO BEACH. Discription stated due to hurricane... but sand would eventually come back. Not in this life time !! They squared off a section of yard approximately 12 x14 with landscape timbers and filled it in with sand but you do get 2 lounge chairs in that space lol....there is your beach lol.They should be honest and update the description.....there is NO BEACH!The pool....the pool is positioned so close to the LUXURY VILLA That you can forget an afternoon swim in the sun. Who wants a pool in the shade? Then we have the security cameras. When you sign the lease agreement, you assume responsibility of the property... the feeling of being watched 24-7 was just CREEPY...So much for privacy!There are plenty of TRUE villas offered on St Croix. Unfortunately A.D.I.P is NOT one of them.

The house and view were fantastic! Sitting on the patio and looking at the seaview was mesmerizing. Coffee every morning and cocktails in the afternoon and evening on the deck made our vacation very relaxing. The house is beautiful and met all our needs. We were two couples and it was a perfect setup with two king beds opening up to the pool and carribean sea view with each our own bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again. The location is centrally located on the island with lots of beautiful sites to see. We loved driving thru the rainforest. The directions given to the house were very helpful since road names are not clearly marked on the island so GPS only kind of helps. Lol. AWESOME Property!

WOW! What a great place. This home is beautiful and and has an amazing view. We snorkeled daily directly in front of the house. It is beautiful with a lot of fish that you generally get to see in your home tropical aquarium. We even saw a lobster there. The Conch Shells everywhere. Cane Bay Beach is not far and if you dive it is a beautiful place to dive. Another point that isn't stated much is right outside of the gate going into this home or right down the beach is where Columbus landed on the island. More about the house: The place is well located and easy to get to. You will need to rent a vehicle while you are there, i used budget and everything was smooth and the people at the counter were very friendly. Also you will need to know that they drive in the left lane there which takes a bit to get use too. The house has a pool which is clean and beautiful. We didn't use it as we love the ocean but it was a nice added attraction. A nice note about using the A/C is we used the upstairs living room unit and slept down stairs in the bedrooms and the the A/C kept us cool at night. We weren't in the house much during the day but we didn't seem to need it during the day. The owner is very responsive to all communications, he has some strict rules, but it is his home that he is allowing people to use it. It is very well equipped with everything you might need, from coffee to water shoes. This is a beautiful place and we had an amazing time.

Great views, very comfortable place. The house has everything you need. The location is very quiet and the neighbors we met were so friendly. I highly recommend this rental.

This place is absolute paradise. The pictures they have don't do it justice. The house is basically new and was the cleanest rental I've ever been in. The best part of this place is the view from the gallery. We spent many afternoons enjoying the breeze and beautiful Caribbean waters. My son enjoyed just chilling in the hammock. The pool is small but was also super clean and refreshing. The house is very comfortable for a small family. It was my wife, 22 year old son, and I that stayed. Both bedrooms are on the bottom floor and the beds are very comfortable. For anyone concerned about AC usage we used it for 7 days and it cost about 140. There are three split units one in each bedroom and one in the living. We typically left them all off during the day and would turn on the living and bedrooms in the early evening. We slept with the downstairs on at 70 and the upstairs off. We felt that was a very fair cost for what we used. You can snorkel right from the house and fish as well. We did see some sargassum but it was clear on most days and expected in the summer months. It was really hard to leave! This is truly a quiet beautiful place in paradise.

10/10 Perfect in every way. Our family loves to stay here on every trip to the island!

David’s home is perfectly situated with more privacy than anticipated. There is greenery and eco-forest on one side and trees blocking neighbors on the other. We enjoyed the pool and shore with our 5 and 7 year old kids. David provided helpful information in a welcome book. Peaceful stay.

This was a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. We spent most of our time out on the deck with the light trade winds and the wonderful view. Everything we could possibly need for the kitchen was there. The pool was a nice treat. The owner was very available for question and advice. We never even had to turn on air condition beause the breeze was so nice. I highly recomend this home we had such a great time.

Great house, has island vibe throughout. Upstairs is open with nice kitchen. House was perfect size for me, 13 yo son and his friend. Both bedrooms open to the pool. Pool is small but a very nice amenity and is in shade in the afternoon when you want to relax . Beach was quiet and snorkeling was good. Bring water shoes if you want to go walking to get around the rock on west side. Really enjoyed our stay and will come back

This was our second time staying at this property and it doesn’t disappoint! It’s a beautiful home and location. The house has plenty of amenities and we hope to stay again in the future!

Beautiful home with many nice touches!

This was our family’s first trip to St. Croix so communication and location were both very important. Our host was quick to answer questions and provided specific information about the house. The location was perfect! It is about 20 minutes from restaurants and bars in Christiansted and 15 minutes from a great beach spot with more restaurants and bars. The house had a great family room and the kitchen was well stocked although we ate out every meal. The beds were very comfortable with private bathrooms for each bedroom. The view from the private pool was nice, but the view from the top floor patio was spectacular.

Everything about this property is excellent. The photos are great but the actual experience is unmatched! Great communication from host, great privacy and snorkeling was phenomenal! Can’t wait to make it back to the island and will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation for scuba diving. House was in a good location for our needs. It did get warm upstairs and we tried to use the AC sparingly. The pictures show access to a nice beach, however, there was no sand, it was full of rocks and shells. They did have a little space with beach chairs and sand that was nice, it just wasn't by the ocean. Would stay at the house again. The views were beautiful and enjoyed the hammock on the patio. A great place to star watch at night as well!

My wife and I stayed here for our 15 year wedding anniversary trip. The home is well appointed, and had all the amenities we required. We only ran the A/C in the bedroom at night and was pleasantly surprised by the overall expense. Wish we would have ran it on the main level at times...My only real gripe with the property would be the water access or lack there of. There is a walkway to the waters edge, however it is nearly impossible to enjoy/use the water with out tromping out and around the collected shells/driftwood/debris to get to some sand, even then not much for swim/water use. We didn't mind much as we found several close beaches we enjoyed. Overall great place to stay, good communication from the owner. Would recommend.

This property was a delight. Was looking for some peace and quiet and this place was perfect. If your looking for a quiet place with access to the ocean, pool and a view that can't be beat, this place is for you. House had everything that you would need. The kitchen was well stocked and house provided plenty of linen. I would stay at this property again. Thanks David for the wonderful escape from the daily grind.

The property was amazing! The location cannot be beat, and the pictures of the property online do not do it justice. The house is beautifully maintained. It is very private, we felt like we had the whole island to ourselves. I did not want to leave. We want to come back to St. Croix in the next few years and will make sure to arrange my trip around being able to rent this house again. David was excellent to work with, if I had a question, he immediately got back to me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I know you see reviews that say that all the time, but I am really serious there is not one thing that was negative.

Fantastic beach house on the north side of St. Croix. Adjacent to the Salt River National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve. Close to Christiansted and all areas of the island. Private pool is great for times when you want water, but don't want the beach. Property owner/manager was attentive and responsive and the house was in great condition. Cell phone/Wifi service is inconsistent at the house. Would certainly book this property again if we return to St Croix.

Our first trip to St. Croix was wonderful! We traveled with 3 kids (8,10, and 12). We loved the property and the location. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do, but you do have to rent a car. We rated our stay four out of five for a couple of reasons. First, it is important to know that we are not VRBO people and we typically stay in hotels. That being said we have stayed in houses before and this home was lacking in a few things. The home sleeps 6, but it might be more comfortable for 4. We ran into an issue with bedding for the pullout couch. We worked with the owner and it was eventually resolved, but not until the next day. There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for five people for a week. After the trouble of getting the bedding we decided to buy our own. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, but missing condiments, salt, and pepper, coffee, coffee filters, etc. We loved that the house has snorkel gear, but we were short one towel for the beach always because it was stocked for four people and not five. We stayed during a week of heat advisories and we tried to be very conservative about running the air conditioner, however, we were charged over $20 a day for ac usage. We understood that we would be charged for using the AC going into the rental, but wanted to give people a heads up on what that fee might be if they stay during the heat. Knowing all these things, we would still stay here again!
