Thesecond floor is made up of 4 rooms, 1 master bedroom with a private terrace with a double bed and sofa bed and a desk, 2 rooms with single beds, and a room with a double bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom with shower and bathtub, desk, and all rooms connected by a spacious terrace with sea views.



The third floor is the basement that has just been renovated and is newly refurbished, and is composed of:

A game room with a billiard table, bar, 98-inch TV, a small refrigerator and dishwasher, two rooms with double beds and private bathrooms with shower. They also have a washer-dryer area for guest use.



The pool area is totally private, and is composed of a spacious pool, chill out zone and dining area, barbecue and an outdoor shower.



The house has high-speed WIFI in all its rooms, all bedrooms and living room of the house have centralized air conditioning with Airzone, being able to control the temperature from all rooms in the house.

It also has 2 parking spaces.



We are always available for our guests.



They can move by walking or by car. But for this house you don't need the car, the beach is less than 5 minutes walking, just like the best restaurants in the area, they have supermarkets nearby, nightlife spots, etc.



Other notable aspects:



During the winter you can contract with us the heated pool service for 25€ daily.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.



The check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, if you arrive outside of this time, please let us know when making the reservation to inform you about your late check-in options.
