Amazing Villa w/ Pool in Pedregal, perfect for Bachelor/ette or Family Retreats!

We had the best stay here! The house was perfect, and you can’t beat that view! The communication was flawless and the directions were very easy to follow. We are very appreciative and want to thank our hosts for the incredible stay.

This is a great place to stay for people who want the proximity to downtown San Lucas but also the privacy of Pedregal. My friends and I had a great time!

I stayed at this villa for my buddy's bachelor party, and we had a great time! The Villa is beautiful inside and out. The views on the back patio can't be beat. The pool and hot tub are nice additions as well. We had a few issues with turning the oven on, and finding some light switches, but besides that, the stay was pretty smooth. Gloria was a gracious host, and she went out of her way to shop at Costco for our big group before we arrived, and we were very thankful for that. If I came back to Cabo with a big group, I would stay at this villa again!

Overall, the stay was adequate and was sufficient for the trip.Unfortunately, the accommodations stated in the description during the time of booking were not the same accommodations offered during our stay. The property management stated that this was due to a switch in administration. Something that was out of our control and we felt that we overpaid for what were were given.Regarding maintenance and repairs, it seems like the rental property is constantly doing repairs and renovations making it feel incomplete or a project home. Upon arrival, we noticed cars occupying the parking spaces. There were no parking spaces available during our time of stay. I do not know what we would have done if we rented a car. In addition, there were two bathrooms that were not functioning. We had to troubleshoot the issue ourselves to turn on the water manually. Lastly, it mentions in the post, heated pool only the jacuzzi was heated not the pool. Regarding the kitchen, the stove had 8 maybe even 10 burners to use but only one was fully functional. The other burners required a lighter to ignite. Therefore, cooking was overwhelming. Other than the view and the pool, this place did not meet expectations and I would not recommend to others.

Amazing view of Cabo! Plenty of space and sleeping for 7-16 people.Downsides: pool and jacuzzi heater was broken entire time, so the both were about 55 degrees. That was disappointing as was part of reason we chose this house. The pool table is in horrible condition (pockets all broken and lumpy surface) so it should NOT be the very first featured photo on listing. The house is quite old and very dated so don’t expect a luxury experience. Concierge was helpful with transportation and chef Pedro was awesome!

The view here is outstanding and the property has plenty of space to accommodate large groups which met our needs. If you read the other reviews, I can confirm the complaints. A little maintenance would go a long way at the property. We spent most of our time out and about so all the inconvenience was overlooked. If you have an allergy to cat urine, I recommend avoiding the room directly at the top if the stairs. Overall a good value with a great view.nonexistent.

The house was very comfortable, with amazing views and great amenities. It is very close to downtown, and yet you can get away from it all. Great for large groups or big families.

This place is wonderful for a large group. We celebrated a bachelor party here and we were proud to call this place home for the weekend. Pool area is ideal and the views are amazing. Our host was very responsive and helpful!

The good: The view was beautiful and the house was clean. There was an outstanding cleaning lady who came each day and kept things nice. The location was very central and the kitchen was very functional. The bad: Parts of the house smelled like cat pee and the master bedroom's bathroom smelled so badly of mold. The listing showed 7 bedrooms but there were only 5 (all with 2 beds in each) when we checked in. So the first night we all had to share rooms which was not ideal. After reaching out to the host they came and unlocked 2 additional bedrooms that were located outside of the house. Getting Ubers to the house was a pain because of the security not letting them in, which is good for security, but a pain every time we tried to leave. The pool was nice but the spa is on a timer that needs to be turned every 30-60 minutes in order to heat up. We kept turning it but the spa never got any heat. I'm not sure if its broken or if you just need to turn the dial all day so that it heats up. We have stayed in several other vrbo's in Pedrigal that were much more updated and modern at similar pricing, so when we go back I will opt for one of those. We have nothing to gain in writing this review (as I've noticed in prior reviews the host keeps using the term blackmail) but just trying to give an honest opinion as too our experience for future people looking to stay in Cabo.

Perfect location for a bachelor or bachelorette party.
