Stayed Feb 15, 2025From a big picture standpoint the property overall was consistent with the photos. The spaces themselves were nice and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the one bathroom had a nice shower. It was a lot of little things that made it rather disappointing. 1. There were no hangars in any closet and no hair dryer as advertised. To the owners credit when we contacted him he came the next day with both. 2. The first time my wife sat on one of the dining chairs it nearly collapsed as the two front legs were broken. 3. The sliding door in the master BR would not open - therefore no fresh air in that room. 4. The screen fell off the sliding door in the dining area - had to put back on several times. 4. The two frying pans (one large and one small) were extremely dirty and we had to go to Target to get an SOS pad before we were ok using them. 5. The laundry room was quite dirty and dusty - needed a good cleaning. 6. The ad says gym. It is next door at the McCormick hotel. The hotel told us the HOA for the villas ended their relationship with the hotel over a year ago. The owner did say he would reimburse us if we paid any daily use fees for the pool or rental.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024The property was very clean, comfortable, and super nice. It was in the center of Scottsdale. We could quickly get to our destinations.

Stayed Feb 29, 2024Clean - great location - amenities with adjoining hotel are very nice. The lake and pool are wonderful. (No ice and no fans are my only complaint)
