Amazing Ocean View Villa in Rincon, Puerto Rico

This is an awesome property. The communication with property owner was easy. If you are in Rincon definitely stay at this property. Although we were not at the home that much. When we were there we truly enjoyed the home. Lots of board games. There was something for everyone to do. My only complaint was the limited hot water but definitely didn’t spoil are vacation.

Great property for family gatherings or 6-7 couples. Stellar ocean and countryside views. Pool and game room were bonus items. Owner lives on the premises and is readily available for any trouble shooting. Friendly dogs included!

The 4 days stayed was so beautiful. Everyone was very comfortable with their stay. It has a pool, toys for the kids so much to do as the adults.Roger is an excellent host. He was there at all times if we had questions. If you have a large group that’s the place tone. I highly recommend this house.

Roger was super helpful with the check in process and solving some initial issues with the property amenities. The fitness area was not exactly as pictured on the site, however that did not detract from all the other features that were as depicted. I recommend the property for families and small groups.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Great location close to the downtown Rincon area, easy to navigate. The owner was so kind and friendly and communicative. 10/10!!

If you're planning a surfing trip to Puerto Rico, Rincon than Roger's place is a fantastic choice! The house is ideally located, offering easy access to numerous beautiful beaches and excellent surf spots. You get the convenience of being close to downtown Rincon without actually being in the busy center.The house itself is well-appointed and perfect for relaxation. We stayed there during the Christmas and New Year's holidays, and the fireworks on New Year's Eve were amazing to watch from the third-floor deck. We were a group of 8 (5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 child), and there was plenty of space for everyone. Whether we wanted to gather together or enjoy some personal time, the house accommodated all our needs.A major perk of the house is the solar panels and Tesla backup batteries. During our stay, Puerto Rico experienced a major power outage that lasted several days. Thanks to the solar panels and backup batteries, we didn't even realize the power was out! Our stay was not impacted at all.We also rented surfboards from Roger, and he gave us great advice on which surf spots to check out and how to navigate the area. Roger is the ultimate host and a great local concierge. He was an incredible resource for anything we needed during our stay.Our group would highly recommend Roger and his house for anyone visiting Rincon!

Roger's house was a good home base for our group of 10 (ranging in age from 10 to 81). The game room and pool were great amenities for the younger set, and we all enjoyed the spacious living room/ dining room and the second floor verandah. Bedrooms were well-appointed and AC worked. The kitchen was spacious but less clean than we would have liked. Multiple refrigerators were welcome. Roger was a friendly and helpful presence. It was a treat to have coffee amongst the tropical flowers and hummingbirds on the yoga deck!

Home was amazing. Well stocked. Just as pictured. Roger met us at check in since we arrived after dark to show us around. He made us feel very welcome. Was available for any questions. Views are amazing. My favorite spots were by the pool and the hammock on the top floor.so relaxing and just our family needed.

Our stay was fantastic! The experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The view was absolutely beautiful, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. Additionally, Rodger was a wonderful host, friendly and helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

My family and I traveled to Rincon and stayed at Roger’s place. We had more than enough space for our group of 11. The amenities were all great, including the pool and workout space! We loved that we were all able to dine together as a family for dinner in both of the indoor and outdoor spaces. All of our family enjoyed this property and we would definitely book again!
