Casa Barrilito: A Modern Luxury Rental Home in a Secluded Neighborhood

The house was really beautiful. Just like the pictures show . The manager Allison Richter was really nice and accessible when needed . Incredible views from the house looking at the ocean . Will defendtly recommend it .

We stayed at Casa Barrilito for a week with friends. There were 7 adults and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The house offers plenty of common space with a open kitchen/living room/sitting area and dining room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there are also a lot of other amenities like beach towels, floats, toys, etc. We spent most of our time outside on the decks which offered shade from the sun enjoying the beautiful scenery. The pool was large enough for all of us to be in at the same time. The caretaker was very accommodating and answered any questions right away. Although it has nothing to do with the house, the roosters in the area can be noisy. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. I highly recommend this home.

This home had a breathtaking view overlooking the ocean. Our kids spent hours in the pool, which is quite large. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Tons of bath towels and beach towels for our group of 12. There was shampoo, laundry soap, etc. We spent each night out of the deck playing games and having a great time. We had a 15 passenger van that was a little tough to get out of the driveway, but the guys figured it out. There are quite a few roosters around so bring ear plugs if that bothers you. We used a white noise fan app. Allison was very helpful and provided us with a great book listing all the great restaurants and activities in the area. I am so sad our trip is over!

It has everything you need! It was super clean and SO beautiful. I want to come back with my family and so do all my friends. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay here. House is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Pool and views are awesome. Such a quick drive to any beaches, restaurants and activities we wanted to do. The property manager was incredibly attentive and this house is great for a big family trip or a good time with a bunch of friends. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time, the house is spacious and equipped with everything you might need.

We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our daughter and son and their spouses who were accompanied with their kids. In all we were eleven persons. The kids were up at seven and half an hour later in the pool. No one touch the sand we stayed in the house the whole weekend; talking, playing, swimming, cooking, eating, drinking and sleeping. No one fell the need of going out. The view from the house is magnificent from every room during daytime and at night you could spent hours looking at the starry sky. The youngs and the olds enjoyed this weekend.

I don't know where to begin, Casa Barralito was an awesome place to stay. We had a group of 9 and we had more than enough space. There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This place is ideal for large groups. The house is less than a year old and it's obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into the layout. The kitchen has all of the finest appliances and we enjoyed cooking and being able to converse with everyone at the same time. All of the bedrooms are spacious, the open kitchen/living room and the large deck. We never even turned the A/C on, once we opened all the windows, the cross breeze kept everyone cool throughout the day and night. There are 2 back bedrooms where you may need to turn on the A/C at night. The ocean views are spectacular and are visible from almost anywhere on the property. The pool is perfect. I had a broken shoulder and couldn't risk going in the ocean. That didn't matter, I spent the week floating in the pool sipping boat drinks enjoying the view of the vast blue waters down below. They even have stools in the pool to sit in while your housemates bring you refreshing beverages. The house is located just a few minutes drive from the beach, restaurants, and grocery store.
