Great vacation- Great property. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and stay at this fantastic condo. The host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The property was very clean and well stocked with essentials for kitchen, bathrooms and the beach. The location was perfect for us as we wanted a laid back atmosphere but was within 30 minutes of downtown Honolulu. Our family if 4 including a couple teenagers would highly recommend this property.

We love visiting the Ko Olina beach villas! This unit was clean and had everything you may need for your stay! Perfect for a family of 4! We loved the location and love the property/pools/proximity to the lagoon. During our stay, we used the BBQs by the pool which was really convenient. We loved having our morning coffee out on the balcony. Our host was really accommodating and was very accessible in case anything came up - but we had no issues. We will be back!

Excellent communication from host, Eli. We stayed during the Super Bowl and Eli even checked in to see if our experience was to our satisfaction. The unit was well stocked and provided a perfect base of operations. During a powerful wind storm we were happy to stay inside and had plenty there to keep us entertained. The grounds were impeccable and the lagoon was the highlight of our trip. We regularly used the lawn chairs and towels provided in the unit to set up by the beach and enjoy several quintessential Hawaiian beach days.Overall, a stay at this Ko Olina Beach Villa shiuld not be missed as it provides everything a family needs for an amazing Hawaiian vacation.

This is not my first stay at KoOlina. We usually have a good experience. This time there were several hiccups. Not as professional as usual. First time dealing with ROACHES. They sprayed once. We asked for an additional spray but request was ignored. We had to purchase roach spray for our continued stay. We requested late check out. They tried to PUT US OUT day before. We love Hawaii. We will look for another location. Not 313.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The host is a five star communicator. Went above and beyond to make sure we were all set and good to go. The villa is at the best location. You are a short stroll away from the beach that isn’t packed, yet is perfect for any age. The distance to shops, cafes and restaurants is a short walk away. We brought 2 teenage girls with us and they absolutely loved it. If that doesn’t speak volumes, about this place then nothing will! Book this place. You will not regret. Rather you’ll start planning the next time you’ll be staying there. That’s what we’re doing!

Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home in Hawaii to us! We created lasting memories! Your home was perfectly setup. We loved the kitchen and it had everything we needed eating choices on the patio, at the dining table, or on the stools at the counter were great. We really appreciated all the bath towels as well as the pool towels. The beds were very comfortable and the cans in each room were perfect. Having a vacuum, mop, and laundry facilities in the room made it easy to keep everything clean which brings peace for me on a trip. The facilities were also great, nice bbqs, toddler pool was a huge hit and the lagoon perfect and very quiet compared to neighboring properties.If I was searching for something that would have improved the stay, although really not necessary, would be softer comforter/top quilt on the beds. Many times throughout the week Iwas simply grateful for all the ways you made your home so well appointed for an enjoyable stay!

Nice condo unit with lots of amenity, pool and lose to beach

Great location! We swam with turtles in the resorts cove. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The host made sure we had everything we need for a relaxing vacation. Can’t wait to plan our next visit!

So so worth it

Renting this Villa was amazing. After another booking cancelled our stay just one week before our trip, we found this, and let me say, I know it made our trip much BETTER! The pictures were accurate and it was beautiful inside with a view of the pool off of the patio. We would definitely stay here again and suggest it to others too! Everything was wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful, the condo was just what we were looking for!

Our condo was perfect for our family of 5. The lagoons were great for swimming, keeping big waves out. Tons of sea life! Felt very safe and secure. Kitchen was fully equipped.

We had so much fun. This unit was quiet, clean and comfortable. All the extras for the beach were great. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were cozy. Would stay here again, Eli was a great host!

We had a fantastic time as always. The Beach Villas is one of favorite places to stay.

The location is ideal, featuring outstanding swimming areas and picturesque beaches right on the premises, along with a selection of swimming pools and hot tubs. The suite was elegantly designed, equipped with high-end appliances, comfortable seating, and inviting dining spaces, complemented by a spacious balcony perfect for savoring morning coffees or enjoying evening cocktails. Our host was exceptional, readily available to address any inquiries that came up.

What a wonderful property! Stayed with our 3 teen/college age kids. Size of unit was perfect. We mainly were at the beach but coffee on the lanai every morning, waking up to the birds was fantastic. There were chairs, a wagon, and beach towels which were so helpful as we boring the stuff down to the beach. Beach was not crowded and we could always find a spot. Beach bar was nice and the sunsets every evening at 6p were to die for! Only drawback was that the echo of the other people in the morning on their lanais— but you get used to it and everyone is very respectful. Would definitely book again at the same location! ELI our host was so nice and ALWAYS super communicative. Having a host that responds immediately is so important and I give him 5 stars!!

This is the first time that we’ve stayed at a condo during a Hawaiian vacation and will definitely do it again thanks to our excellent experience here. We loved the lagoons and all of the local restaurants and activities.

We had a very memorable and relaxing 8 night stay here. Eli is such a great host and we found everything to be perfect for our family of four. The place is well supplied and kitchen makes it easy to prep some meals. There’s a blender, rice cooker, toaster. It’s all been thought of. Our favorite was lounging in the lanai and feeling the breeze. My kids loved the pools and the beach lagoons are just a quick 5-10 minute walk away. Thank you Eli for being super helpful and checking in with us before our trip!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Near plenty of convienent stores and great restaurants. Great kitchen with all the items to cook with. The stay has all the beach essentials such as chairs, coolers, wagon and beach toys! Short walk to a beautiful calm cove, great for anyone of any age!!! I Will definitely be coming to the beach villas again.

The property was just as described but words can’t begin to describe how perfect this place was for our family. We took advantage of all the conveniences the property had to offer including the beach gear the pool the hot tubs the walking paths the near by restaurants and shopping options. The fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. The property staff were very helpful for questions and recommendations. Eli also called to make sure all was in order for us. Will come back again

Property was perfect for our family vacation and communication with owner was seamless. We recently spent eight nights at this property, and it was amazing! Beautiful location, with plenty to do, and enough nearby restaurants to choose from walking distance from the property. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as represented in the description, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Overall, an awesome experience! Exceeded expectations! Will use again on our future vacations.
