Stayed Oct 9, 2022Absolutely amazing. We were a group of 8 staying for my 50th Birthday & this villa was fantastic. It is on a gorgeous property & very quiet. They took such great care of us. Communication before the trip with Fabio was excellent & they help you organize any trips or excursions. We did the wine tasting class at the villa which was spectacular- highly recommend. Janine was amazing & we fell in love with her. She scheduled all our taxis, made the best buffet dinner & the breakfasts are delicious & plentiful. We also did the cooking class with her & Elisabetta which was so fun & delicious. Highly recommend this too. Can't say enough good things about this villa, Janine or Elisabetta. Truly an experience of a lifetime for us. We are from the States & are so happy we found this villa. The villa is a little far from any restaurants or stores, but it's worth it. Also, just be aware it is out on a windy road, but that's the part of being countryside. If we are lucky enough to come back to Tuscany, we will be staying here.

Stayed Aug 31, 2020The house is as stunning in reality as the photos lead you to believe and the location is sublime, quiet and serene with only the tinkling of sheep bells to break the silence. Maurizio was on hand to help with anything, coming briefly each morning and he cooked us a wonderful arrival dinner, our girls still talk about the fruit pie! So close to Sienna and the stunning hill top villages of Chianti - a true gem.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I do not have enough words for this place. The pictures do not do it justice. We have rented multiple properties in six countries, and this one stands out. Everything spotless, including the pool and hot tub. Gorgeous surroundings, could pick fruit off the trees for snacks. There were seven bedrooms and six baths over the two buildings that were available to us. Everything charming yet up to date and functional. Robes provided. The managers, Maurizio and Fabio made us amazingly welcome and could not do enough for us - they went above and beyond. They got us groceries that awaited us, made a first night's dinner for us (including great options for our two celiac people) and we ate outside under the tree. We also had them do a cooking lesson for us which exceeded our expectations. We have a number of experienced cooks in the group and besides having a lot of fun, we all learned something. The grounds are extremely well kept. Great system for wine - help yourself and billed at the end - very reasonable. Although we had not planned to return to Tuscany (we have been there twice before at other properties) we think we might want to do a family trip here with our grown kids. This place and the people are awesome.

Stayed May 20, 2017We recently returned from our visit to this beautiful, historical Tuscan villa with 11 members of our family, traveling from five locations throughout the United States. The villa is large, with space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen had everything we ever needed, and we spent most evenings eating dinner outside, overlooking the beautiful surrounding fields and forests. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, and we had more bathrooms than we even needed. Other amenities include a beautiful pool, hot tub, and washer and dryer. The thing that initially attracted me to renting the villa was the description of all of the services that could be arranged owners -- and we utilized most of them! Jacopo was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and had the refrigerator stocked with basic supplies that we had requested. He made a delicious multi-course dinner for us that first night -- a very welcome site after our long travels. He reserved several rental road bikes that were delivered to the villa with all of the equipment we needed, and we enjoyed morning rides around the country roads. He organized a private shuttle to pick us all up at the villa to take us to Florence for the day, where a private tour guide met us and showed us the highlights of the city, the Uffizi gallery and the Academia with Michelangelo's David. Some of the family enjoyed several hours with Jacopo in an Italian cooking class, and we all enjoyed their food creations for dinner. He also assisted us in arranging shuttle transport from and to airports. If I were to do anything different, I would have had Jacopo arrange rental cars to be delivered to the villa -- saving us having to pick them up at the airports. Jacopo was simply amazing -- the extra services offered on the website is what won me over to reserve the villa, and I was more than pleased with everything Jacopo was able to provide. I highly recommend this beautiful villa, and I have already shared this verb site with several friends who are interested in planning a family trip to Tuscany. We loved our family vacation, and look forward to our next visit. Colleen Salt Lake City, Utah

Stayed Mar 20, 2016There were 10 of us traveling in Italy and we needed a big house to accommodate everyone; this villa exceeded all of our expectations! Our hosts were incredible before and after we arrived at the villa. Jacopo was very helpful and responded to every email/question I had quickly; he even set up our transportation from the airport and made sure all of the rooms were arranged to our preference before we arrived. There were 8 adults and 2 kids staying at the villa and we had more than enough room (we didn't even use 2 of the bedrooms) and my 1 year old had a crib already set up that he slept comfortably in. We were greeted with a lovely welcome dinner courtesy of our gracious hosts and the villa was supplied with bottles of excellent red and white wine that we helped ourselves to every night. The kids had a wonderful time playing outside in the huge yard which was equipped with a volleyball court, ping pong table and tons of seating so we could enjoy the outdoors. The house itself had everything that we needed to cook meals for 10 people every night and the washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus. All of the bedrooms were big and spacious and we all slept very comfortably in our beds. Although the weather was still quite cold when we were there, we were still able to take advantage of the bbq and fire pit outside and watch the sun set over the hills. The villa was about 20 minutes drive to Siena where you can easily go to the market and pick up everything you need. Overall, the villa was incredibly well kept while maintaining the rustic charm of the area and fulfilled all of our needs. We were looking for a nice, quiet, big villa to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany and we definitely found it! I cannot say enough good things about our stay and hope to return in the near future. Thank you Jacopo and Fabio for opening your home up and allowing us to create some great memories in Tuscany! Until next time! Jill

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A fantastic experience beginning with the Villa and its spectacular views. A 500 year old Villa with all the modern conveniences. Jacapo and Fabio could not have made our stay any nicer. From the meals to the tour recommendations they went far beyond our expectations. Our extended family of 13, including two toddlers, could not have been more at home at this spacious villa. Conveniently located in the Chianti and Brunello wine regions allowed many great day tours. Highly recommend this property and we will return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969First time renting a vacation home and overall experience was excellent. The Villa is gorgeous, very clean and well kept. The home is huge and accommodated my family perfectly , we had a total of 12 people and had plenty of room, everyone had their own space. All the beds were very comfortable and with 6 bathrooms there was never a line to shower !! Facilities were excellent! It has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It became our new home in Tuscany The Villa is perfectly located in the heart of Tuscany, so much to see, If you can pull yourself away from the leisure life at the Villa: Siena just 20 minutes driving, Florence one hour……we had a wonderful time exploring all the beauties of Tuscany. I would like to personally thank Fabio and Jacopo for their friendliness and guidance, from the beginning they answered all my questions very quickly helping to organize all the details before our stay, I would like to say booking this was so easy!!! They makes all the difference, they have made this holiday a real vacation without thoughts, they have provided for everything: delicious meals, cooking class, car rental, private tours, transportation…… also they used to email us from time to time to see if we needed anything and ensured that any problems and issues were taken care of immediately. It was a joy to work with Fabio and Jacopo and be a guest in their beautiful vacation Villa. Highly recommend to everyone looking for a fantastic experience in Tuscany.
