Aleria Villa Santorini - Exclusive facilities and services

Great Villa, perfect for a family gathering! Lots of lounging space outside with a lovely big table for outside dining. Cleaner came every couple of days. Kitchen equipment was limited but lots of great restaurants within short driving distances. Probably not suitable for young children as quite a few steps in and around the villa and the pool is not enclosed. We even had a friendly feline visitor!

Property Manager was very responsive to our needs. Excellent communication!

We traveled to Santorini with our adult kids party of 8 people The house and property are wonderful. Spacious and traditional with modern touches. Our host Stavroula was fantastic Quick to respond She shared a Very joyous energy and arranged for cars that were delivered to the house & a catamaran trip that was a highlight of our time

Our group was 8 adults total and Aleria Villa was an amazing place for our stay in Santorini! The Villa was as presented in the listing and was excellent value for money and accommodations were simple but ample for a Greek Island vacation. The yard and pool were a great hangout space. Housekeeping came and did a nice job every other day, pool was cleaned daily. Location isn’t your classic Santorini cliff house but the villa had tons of space to make up for all that and honestly it was nice to end the day in a quieter location away from the crowds. Many restaurants / beaches are between 10 and 20 minutes away which was fine.Stravoula (the host) went above and beyond to support us before arrival and throughout the stay and helped us organize all sorts of activities (catamaran tour, restaurant bookings, driver for trips around the island, wine tasting, a chef who came and cooked us a meal). Probably the best host for any place we have stayed in. It really made the trip special for all of us!

We stayed here with a group of 10 friends and had an absolutely amazing time! From start to finish, everything was smooth, fun, and thoughtfully organized. The house itself was beautiful and super comfortable for a large group—plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang out.What really made the trip special were all the recommendations we received. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests have the best experience possible. The driving service made getting around super easy, the boat day was a total highlight, and the personal chef was incredible—one of the best meals we’ve had on vacation!We had such a blast and made memories we’ll never forget. Can’t recommend this place enough if you're looking for a fun, stress-free getaway with friends!

The house was tidy, spacious and in a less busy part of the island but very close to the main cities. The host was responsive and helped arrange a lot for us which was appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Stavloula was super friendly and helpful. She set up all our transfers from the airport and during our stay. Home was beautiful and very well kept. You can not go wrong staying there.

We loved staying here. Quiet location. Lovely home. Enjoyed the pool. Stavroula was so easy to communicate with and ready to help make our stay memorable. She arranged our catamaran cruise and gave us a number to a driver we loved using. When Someone left shorts on the catamaran she arranged for their return. Such a relaxing place to stay. We would book again.

The villa was perfect for our party of 6 adults and one three year old. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Stavroula organised cars to be delivered to the villa ( which I think is a must as everything is quite a walk away) and also a private chef to come on our last evening which turned out to be the highlight of our trip! The whole experience was wonderful. Thank you to Bora, the housekeeper for keeping everything looking beautiful, to Stavroula for answering any queries we had so quickly and to chef Nita for her amazing food. We were sad to leave.

Our stay at Aleria Villa from July 9th to July 13th was nothing short of spectacular. Our group of 8, which included my wife, our two daughters, my sister-in-law, brother-in-law, niece, nephew, and myself, enjoyed every moment in this stunning villa. The villa itself was absolutely amazing – spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. One of the highlights was the fantastic pool, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Santorini weather. What truly set this experience apart was our host, Stavroula. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From assisting with transportation reservations to providing excellent restaurant and activity recommendations, she was always super responsive to our requests and needs. The combination of the luxurious villa and the exceptional hospitality made our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend Aleria Villa to anyone looking for a dream vacation in Santorini. We highly recommend this property. Great communication with Stravoula the property manager. The space worked well for two families. Highlight was the pool and outdoor area. Kitchen was well stocked so we cooked several meals. We liked that we could easily drive to other towns and beaches.

Everything about Aleria Villa was fabulous! My family of 8 came to Santorini to celebrate my 60th birthday. Communication with Stavroula the property manager via WhatsApp was excellent. She contacted me prior to arrival with recommendations and information, then was waiting for us at the villa to greet us and let us in. She messaged us several times during our 6 day stay to check on us to see if we needed anything. Bora the housekeeper was friendly and helpful and did an excellent job talking care of the villa. We were so pleased to see a cat and kittens in the backyard, and Bora takes care of the cats too. The villa was amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything about it was top notch. We spent a great deal of time lounging around the pool and cooking delicious meals in the well appointed kitchen. We rented 2 cars and the villa was a perfect location for exploring the island. We absolutely loved our stay!

Generally it was very nice. But some tweaking would be good. There need to be more towel bars in the bathrooms. It would be nice to have Kleenex and plenty of extra toilet paper. It would also be nice to have coasters. These are fairly small items but would certainly kick it up to another level. It is a very beautiful facility in a good location. We did have some trouble with adequate hot water but it was repaired in a timely fashion. In general, we were very pleased. Thanks!
