Air conditioned villa with sea view, WiFi, and private pool

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect and the property was well equipped. Check-in/out was good despite our very limited Spanish. Highly recommend.

The house is very confortable, you feel allright there. And enjoying the pool is very nice. You can walk to the beach or restaurant in 15 minutes. I recommend this house.

We much enjoyed our stay at this beautifull and very comfortable house. It offers all you need to feel at home, including the possibility to use the well-maintained swimmingpool so early in the year. Furthermore, it provides a magnificant view from the veranda at the Mediterranean. Edith & Peter

The property more than met our expectations. It was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the sea. It has a gorgeous conservatory area, which was great for lying about on the sofa reading books! Admittedly, very nice in Jan/Feb, but I imagine very hot in there in the summer months. The location is excellent. The town of Alcossebre is probably the nicest in the area with its beaches, attractive promenade and low build houses (many of the towns up and down the coast are spoilt by high-rise apartments). There is a wooded nature reserve just to the north of the town with lots of footpaths to explore. There is also some hill climbing available with some difficult terrain for the more adventurous! About an hour and a quarter's drive away to the north is the Ebre Delta, which is superb for birdwatching. To the south and closer is another marshy nature reserve for bird lovers. All in all, a brilliant, relaxing holiday.

Nice villa with lovely pool but a bit further away from amenities than we anticipated. Plus the walk back from the beach up the hill was a killer at 33c heat

A lovely place to base from, enjoying the local beach on many days and visiting attractions (Valencia aquarium, Peñiscola castle) on others. Villa had everything we needed (including swimming pool) and any questions we had were answered.

We had a fantastic holiday here in this beautiful house. It was very close to everything but in a very quiet location despite there being a lot of other houses around. The check-in procedure couldn’t have been easier with Doris and the pool and air conditioning was a huge advantage in the heat wave. Every morning we walked down by the beach and had a wonderful selection of restaurants to choose from. Couldn’t have asked for a better. Looking forward to returning in the future. Beautiful villa with modern interior. Could use a road name in the directions though as had to phone Doris for directions? Welcome pack on arrival and the sparkling wine was most welcome ? Pristinely cleaned. Fully stocked kitchen with every tool you need. Comfy beds although could have used curtains or blinds as the sunny mornings were very bright but we did get use to it. Pool surrounded by colourful plants and cleaned during our stay and not too cold?. Area very quiet and felt safe. Lots of empty villas and lots of polite residents. 20 minute walk to sea downhill which was nice. Bit harder getting home but not too exhausting. Weather was brilliant for our entire stay which was lucky. Kathy the owner is very friendly with immediate responses to any questions and Doris, the key holder was very efficient and brought beach towels within half an hour of our enquiry. Attention to detail amazing, even English books left for our use. Large supermarket 10 minutes drive away with a vast array of food and great fish and not too expensive. Off street parking but quiet cul de sac so you could park in the road. Only one English Channel but luckily we had a steaming stick so not a problem. Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back ??

The villa was very spacious and clean. Would not recommend for people with walking difficulties we realise that it is winter months found a few places open traveled in car to most points again the assistant Doris was very helpful
