The ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and living area with a sofa bed and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. Thereis also a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin, a separate WC, and a bedroom containing a 140 x 190 cm bed.
The mezzanine floor has two single bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) and an additional single bed (140 x 190 cm), as well as storage space.
The large terrace is equipped with an outdoor tap, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

Les Ayguades is located halfway between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, and is part of the Gruissan municipality. It is renowned for its tranquillity, pond, local shops, market and long, wide sandy beaches.
The pond offers the opportunity to practise windsurfing and other water sports in complete safety, without venturing too far out to sea — ideal for beginners! Welcome to the L'Île Bleue residence, which has a communal swimming pool that is usually open from mid-June to mid-September!
