Stayed Aug 23, 2025We had a wonderful time at this house – by far the best accommodation of our entire trip to Corsica!Location: The house is set in a completely peaceful spot with breathtaking views of the mountains. You can spend hours watching falcons soar through the sky. The only sounds are birdsong and the occasional goat from a distant neighbouring property. It’s totally private and not overlooked at all. The pool is surrounded by beautiful plants and shrubs, giving a real sense of freedom and seclusion. A well-stocked SPAR supermarket and a lovely patisserie are just a 3‑minute drive away. Stunning beaches with plenty of parking are only about 10 minutes by car, and Calvi is also close by if you fancy going out for dinner.The House: The house is much larger than the photos suggest. With two separate bathrooms, it offers plenty of privacy for two families. Everything was spotlessly clean – it truly felt like staying in our own (but even more beautiful) home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, and there’s also a barbecue. Apart from food, we didn’t have to buy a single extra thing. The pool is large, clean, and kept at a very pleasant temperature.The Host: Nathalie was a wonderful host. Despite our late arrival at 10 p.m., the handover was warm and welcoming. She was easy to reach, very relaxed, and made everything simple for us.It was a fantastic holiday, and we would be delighted to return!
