Stayed Dec 17, 2024Fabulous villa. And not just the villa but the gardens and pool are beautiful and very well kept. Location 20 metres from the sea - perfect. Deck chairs brought to the beach for you, someone always on hand to help with anything - you’re looked after here. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Fabulous house and facilities, right on the beach. Coarse sand beach but relatively clean and water warm, beautiful sunsets, nice for beach combing. Pool lovely. Bit of a walk down the beach for restaurants (with a toddler) but some tasty food

Stayed Aug 21, 2018We're family of 5 stayed at villa for 6 days at the end of August The Villa is large and very comfortable. it was really hot outside, but the vents inside are doing the job, and if it's really needed, the air conditioner can be used (we didn't use it). The main bedroom upstairs has a beautiful porch that has a outstanding view. The Villa's kitchen is highly equipped with all the necessary things...we loved the fruit shaker! The outdoor pool is a charm, we used it every day for 1-2 hours. The water are clean and the waterfall sounds are relaxing. The beach is like a minute walk from the Villa and is the most relaxing and the quietest one that I've ever seen in Koh Samui. There are a lot of good restaurants 10 min walking from the villa...I recommend on Som One small comment to the villa owner, I think you should add few accessories to the bathroom, such as shelves for shampoo and soap and containers. For conclusion, I highly recommend renting this property
