Affordable 3 Bedroom Family Vacation Villa on the 9th Floor/Ocean View

Our family spent 2 weeks and had an amazing time! The condo is clean, spacious, well equipped and has an amazing view. It was great having all the beach and snorkeling equipment to enjoy during our stay. The lagoon and pool were great. Highly recommend, we are already planning a return trip!

Beautiful properties, surrounded by a number of places (Marriot, Disney and Four Seasons) that provide additional amenities. Gorgeous lagoons with cool things to see. Only complaint is you need to go off property and leave Ko Olina if needing supplies. Local market and restaurants are handy and quaint but expensive

Excellent property, enjoyable stay.

This is a luxurious, beautiful condo! The ocean view was phenomenal & the ambiance was tropical. It was very clean, comfortable & had all of the amenities you could possibly need. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The host was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again! Such a beautiful area with 4 lagoons. Plenty of restaurants & other shops in walking distance.

Had a wonderful stay. Only glitch was the oven took forever to preheat. Good thing we made use of the resort bbq

A beautiful location in a well-run resort. Great area for walking, golfing, shopping, dining.There were a few items that needed attention (stove seems to be slow to reach high temp, broken beach cart), but overall a great experience.

We’ve stayed at Ko Olina Beach Villas in the past and being on the 9th floor made this unit truly special! The view of the ocean was great and the view of the grounds and two pools was also wonderful. The beds were comfortable and all amenities worked great. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Our family had an amazing stay at this condo! We enjoyed beach, pools and all the amazing amenities available during the stay. Roomswere clean and everything was well managed & ready for us to stay.

I have been here many times before and I love it. But it is starting to show some wear and tear.

Loved this property- it was perfect for our family raining from ages 12-80! Great location- lots to do without leaving the property but also close enough to explore all parts of the island. Really great amenities and ease of checking in and out were great.

All was exactly as previous reviewers have noted. This is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy this little slice of paradise. We appreciated the laid-back atmosphere, the beautiful and uncrowded pools, and the incredible and peaceful lagoon—just a perfect place for our 6 and 3 year old grandchildren. We spent hours enjoying the sun and beautiful water. The beach toys available to guests were an added bonus! Thank you for a very special family vacation. All had a GREAT time.

This our second stay at Michael’s. It’s an amazing place. Don’t hesitate to book this for a small or lager group.

We spent a week at the Ko'Olina villa with our two adult kids and our daughter's fiance. The villa & resort are even better than pictured and the perfect home base for travels around Oahu. There is plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, and a lanai with an incredible ocean view. Oahu is very expensive so being able to have many breakfasts and dinners at home, with lunches out during our travels really helped keep meals costs down. Beds were comfy and we took advantage of the beach chairs and snorkel equipment stored in the locker on the lanai. (Another wonderful perk!) The Ko'Olina town center is adorable with lots of restaurants & shops. The lagoon beaches are beautiful. Honestly, after walking along the beach path to see the Aulani and Four Seasons, we wouldn't have traded the Beach Villa property for either of them. The Makai Hale Beach Bar at the Villas has the best bar view we saw all week. We have a friend who lives in nearby Kapolei and she said in her 37 years on the island, it's the best beach bar view she's seen too! :) It was easy to get to every place we wanted to visit from Kailua, to Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, and the North Shore in 25-45 minutes. The traffic is no joke in Honolulu so abide the advice to avoid the highways going into Honolulu from about 7a-9a and out of Honolulu from 3p to 7p. We advise to give yourself ample time to enjoy the Beach Villa property each day, it's a gem!

Beautiful view from the balcony! It’s just short walk to the peaceful beach! The property manager was responsive and friendly.

This villa was a perfect homebase for our vacation with family.

Property is conveniently located on the southwest coast of the island and is well furnished with many amenities. The staff is very helpful and responsive.

We rented the property for my daughters 30th birthday! My grandchildren ages 2 and 1 haf a great time too!! They had portable cribs (2) and the place was clean and comfortable!! Only thing negative is that the entire places needs new/updated appliances! Thanks for a great stay!!

We've stayed in Ko Olina three times now and it never disappoints. All the condos are beautiful and well maintained. Grounds are exactly as depicted. We truly enjoy our trip every time we go and we look forward to our next one!

This was a perfect home for our week getaway. We had 4 adults and two teen ish kids (13&15) and all fit comfortably. We usually stay at Marriott but the 3 bedroom was a great value, full kitchen and lots of use of home amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of condiments. The beach chairs and floaties made it easy to enjoy the beaches. We love to visit all the beaches and Ko Olina is central and easy to drive to Waimea’s or Kailua. I do miss the pools of Marriott for the kids but the ease of this property made it ideal for this visit. Sunsets from balconies and sunrise from tHe bedroom never got old. Parking a van was super easy and just overall a great stay. Check out the guy singing by the bar while you enjoy the sunset. We would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time. The location was perfect to enjoy a lagoon that was not packed with people. We had plenty of room to enjoy the beach & pools. The condo was packed with amenities and tge beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend this locatioon!!

This is a beautiful property. Our 3 BR/2 1/2 bath home for a week is lovely. Has both ocean and mountain views and private covered parking. Every amenity you could want is included. I’ve stayed at this owner’s property 3 times now. Very well maintained and managed. Our family loved it.
