ADVENTURE! POOL with a LAZY RIVER!! SLIDE & SWIM UP BAR.

We had the best time at this incredible home! It literally comes with everything you could think of - fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook with, pool towels, floating toys, blankets, bathroom towels- everything is there! The game room is every kids dream (big and little kids alike - lol) Carol was so helpful and responsive, a pleasure to work with. We will definitely keep this house in our radar to rent again! This house has everything!! Very spacious bedrooms, great layout giving each bedroom privacy and each opens to the pool area. Very nicely designed and loved that we could all fit around the dining table. Lots of bathrooms, well stocked house and the game room was amazing! Loved the pool and its water features. Would definitely come again. Host was great too and very communicative. Location is nice and close to airport and downtown and hiking.

The heated pool, hot tub and water features were amazing. We had fun using the water slide. We would have spent even more time in the water if the weather had cooperated.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of counter space. The dining room table had plenty of room for our party of 10.

We had an amazing time. The house was huge and pool was the absolute highlight. The host and her son were very accommodating to ensure we could enjoy all the amenities. By that, specifically the pool and all its features. Will definitely plan a trip back, either with or without kids.

Our family group was 8 adults and 4 grandchildren (ages 10-14) - 3 generations. Every single person thought this was a marvelous vacation. We came over Thanksgiving week and the weather was lovely, mostly around 70 during the days and cool for sleeping at night. Every child who wanted their own room could have one. The house was beyond perfect for us and, as others have said, the photos do not do it justice. The centerpiece is the lazy river, a circular pool with an island in the middle reached over a bridge and containing a table for 8-10, the BBQ and a hammock. The pool could be heated to a very comfortable temperature and has a motor that creates enough force to send a person in an inner tube gently around the river. The children enjoyed the water slide and we all used the large hot tub area adjoining the river. Our host, Carol, was enormously helpful, especially in finding the perfect market (Jensens, 5 minutes away) to get our oven-ready Thanksgiving turkey and many of the trimmings. The kitchen was well-equipped and all appliances worked well. We enjoyed day trips to Joshua Tree National Park where all 4 kids did a morning lesson of serious rock climbing, and to the Tramway with breathtaking views of rock formations up to 4000 ft (I think) where there was lots of snow. The hikers had plenty of challenging trails, It was an easy, relaxing vacation for our whole family and there is talk of going there again next year.

This home is absolutely incredible! Carol was unbelievably gracious, kind, and extremely helpful! Perfect for a family getaway or one with friends… between the pool, lazy river, island, game room, and all the living space- there is was never a reason to leave. Definitely coming back next year or sooner!

Water features are great. Good fun for both kids and adults. Water slide and lazy river were the highlights. Lots of pool toys included

This was the perfect weekend getaway. We had so much fun floating in the lazy river. The house had room enough for all 10 of us. The game room was the perfect way to spend our evenings laughing and making memories.

Had a memorable weekend for my wonderful wife. Everything was great.

Seven guys on golf vacation - we wanted seven bedrooms each with its own bathroom - we got that and so much more. Post- golf we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Then it was darts, billiards and skeetball in the game room. The family room was perfect for watching NCAA basketball playoffs on a large screen TV. Well equipped kitchen worked well. We will be back!

This property includes so many amenities that one is tempted not to bother exploring the area. You can spend the day outdoors in the water in the pool, hot tub, and lazy river, drying off at the adjacent bar. Or you can stay indoors in the game room with its six or seven attractions. This is a place where everyone in the family will find something to do.

Grandparents treated sons and grandkids to this fun-filled property. From the lazy river and nice sized pool to the game room with serious games- every minute was filled with fun!

Beautiful property with amazing pool! Best house in Palm Springs!

This three-generation family group enjoyed seeing our children having the time of their life playing in the moving river and sliding down the water slide. The game room was great for our 3 to 7 year-olds and could keep older teens and adults busy for hours as well.The property is large enough to provide space for many people to enjoy a wide range of activities from quieter to more active. This is a property was great for our group of active young water enthusiasts. The location is close enough to downtown to walk to bagel shops, restaurants, shopping and cultural locations although some of us preferred to drive.Overall, the property is somewhat dated and shows a good deal of wear and tear, but has all the amenities that one needs for a good family vacation.

The check-in process was extremely easy, and everyone we talked to for this booking was very nice. The house was clean and had all we needed in terms of bedding, utensils, supplies, etc. The property actually looked better in person than in the photos! The pool and it's amenities were the highlight, of course. Everything worked perfectly. Our group had a great time and I will not hesitate to rebook if we are ever back in town. Thank you!

Great property for a family & friends get together. The property is very spacious and the rooms are fantastic. It’s a great layout with plenty of space, and the separate casita rooms make for good privacy even with a large group. The game room is awesome - plenty of games and space for kids and adults. The lazy river pool is awesome and the slide makes for a great time. The host was great and gave plenty of property info and instructions for the house’s amenities. Definitely one of our favorite stays!

Wow! What an amazing property. Its like having your own private island. Its everything that is advertised and more. The pool is so much fun and relaxing. Its very private and quiet. The game room was a big hit for the kids. Carol the property manager could not of been more gracious and accommodating. Very Communitive during the whole process. Looking forward to booking it again.
