Adventure Base Camp: Pet-Friendly with Resort Living-Pool, Arcade, Pickle-ball!

We loved everything! Very clean and comfortable, spacious kitchen and loved the neighborhood. The pool was a great escape from the warm days and we were close to everything. Awesome communication made check in and out so easy. Put on the top of your list!

Pros: Great place, check in was a breeze except being forced to buy damage protection. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances. Pool area is large and nice. Neighborhood is quiet. Easy access to I-15. Highly recommend. Cons: A/C is a bit loud upstairs.

We came to Washington for 2 nights. We have 2 kids ages 10 & 3 and the pool was amazing! Absolutely by far the best pool of any VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. The lazy river and huge slide was the highlight!! The condo had plenty of room for our group of 5 adults, 2 kids, and our fur baby. The communication from the management company was very thorough and fast. Would definitely stay again!!

Great stay for family especially with younger kids.

We've stayed in this community for a month for the past 3 years having stayed at different units each time. The community is great with a location that can't be beat. Most of the units are rentals so there's a good flow of new folks every weekend, with the weekdays being very quiet. This unit has good space and a nice layout for families; however, it is in dire need of a deep cleaning. The carpets are very gross and the floors in general need a good cleaning, including under the furniture. The beds are comfortable enough and the furniture was in decent condition. Overall, not a bad stay, just recommend a deep cleaning of the floors and carpets.

We had such a lovely stay here in St. George. We had all the accommodations we needed. We loved that this location was close to all the trails and stores! It was a clean, and cozy home!

Good experience

We went for baseball and it was perfect. Kids loved the pool, lazy river, and the slide. We played games at the house we appreciate all the added amenities.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! The check-in and checkout process was very easy, and the place was so clean and comfortable! I can tell that whoever manages this property has gone to the great length to think about what they would want in a vacation rental. Even the fact that the couches were very comfortable and homie, so we had a lovely place to gather. I cooked almost every meal in the home, and had everything I needed! We also really loved the pool, pickleball courts, and walking path within close proximity. We will for sure stay again!

Our stay was super fantastic. The few small hiccups we had were resolved quickly. The pool was so fun and the house was great.

The property was clean, neat and as described in the listing. Bedding was nice and comfortable. The location is near some fantastic MTB trails, close enough to shopping and a good spot for a day trip to Zion. Also having the garage to use is a huge bonus.
