Across the street from Cape Haze Marina-Less than 10 min to World Class beaches!

Comfortable home with lots of space for my husband and I… and for our kids and grandkids who came for a weekend visit. Comfortable beds with nice bedding, several nice bathrooms, comfortable living room area and a great screened in porch. Great kitchen… clean with nice dishes, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, and utensils. Nice sunny dining area which doubled as our work space…. Easy and convenient laundry area….. so nice to have a garage! This home is just a short walk across the street from the comfortable community center and outdoor dining area with outdoor grills… This is connected to the community pool and suntanning deck…. The pool is heated, clean and comfortable for people of all ages all at once! Nice outdoor furniture and lounge chairs…The hot tub was small and required many service calls, but the service people were prompt, friendly and helpful. The exercise and work out building is situated right next to the pool area and provides really good equipment People are very friendly but also respectful of your privacy in all of these public area. The neighborhood also has pickle ball courts and it seems to be a great experience among neighbors. The neighborhood also has sidewalks throughout the area with nice grassy areas and several small ponds to enjoy. The owners of our unit were very friendly, helpful and available… they took time to orient us to the area and assist us with any questions we had. Their attention to detail was really kind and allowed us to relax all the more. After staying further south on the Gulf coast for 20+years and being “shifted” because of Hurricane Ian, we would return to this Villa in The Hammocks again and again. Relaxing restful and refreshing, we enjoyed the whole experience… the home, the neighborhood and the surrounding area!!! Thank you so much for everything!
