Absolute Beachfront! White Sand! Turquoise Water -103

Palm Cay was a beautiful property. The water is crystal clear. My family and I enjoyed swimming and snorkeling right out front. We saw a sea turtle and sting ray right out front. Mike is a great host. He is very responsive and helpful. Nice grocery store just down the road. If you want a quiet and relaxing place to stay - this is it. We went to Nassau downtown a couple of times and couldn’t wait to get back to the quiet of Palm Cay. Highly recommend this property - we loved our stay.

Stayed 5 days, 3 adults a 14 yr old and a 10 year old. Place is clean. No issues. The beach is great. Be aware to have a driver take you for groceries. We did not buy any of the resort amenities so can't speak to that. Ate at the restaurant next door once. Was over $300 for the 5 of us. That including a couple drinks for everyone. Call Vincent for transportation if you are a large group. He is the best. 1 (242) 438-5020.

Perfect beach and amazing water, just a great beachfront location ! The house was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children, needs a little loving in maintenance of cooking appliances . Had the restaurant/beach bar 100 feet away. Rent it! You will not regret it.

Beautiful townhome right on the beach. The beach was stunning. The water was perfect for swimming and hanging out in for hours at a time. Lots of beach chairs for relaxing. The home was well stocked and had almost any amenity you could want. The owner was very helpful and very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property and Mike who we booked with. To walk out the the back door and 10 steps off the back deck to be on the beach looking at the beautiful Caribbean water is nothing short of magical. The property was very up to date and clean. All the kitchen amenities, half bath, laundry, kitchen table and living area on the first floor made it perfect for the active common space and backdoor beach access. 2nd floor had the master and a great kids room both with their own full bathrooms and the 3rd floor two more great rooms and shared full bathroom. Mike was super responsive and made check in and out a breeze. He had so many good recommendations from take out options, to restaurants, to grocery and liquor store and was always quick to answer any questions we might have. Palm Cay itself is also a hidden gem. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise and resort/hotel area to make for the perfect beach get away. Multiple pool options which were great for our two young kids to switch back and forth between with the beach/ocean. We will for sure book again with Mike next time we visit the Bahamas!

We had a great stay and would definitely come back! Mike (the host) was extremely responsive and provided a bunch of information /recommendations before arriving. Getting into the house was very easy and once we were there, everything was exactly as pictured. It is a beautiful place in an incredible spot. Beach front and very close to the main things at Palm Cay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked, comfortable area to sit and hang out. Really just perfect for our party of 6. A couple of tips if you go - if you don't have a car, definitely plan for the taxi to stop on your way in for grocery and liquor store because the grocery delivery services tend to be a day out. If you think you need to restock, plan at least a day ahead for delivery. Take a taxi when you land because they seem readily available but you will likely wait for a car service. If you are leaving Palm Cay, arrange for a car service / taxi awhile in advance (at least an hour). Other than that, it's pretty easy living!

Mike is the best and his outstanding written guide explaining the who, what, when and why for our stay was right on target. Everything you need was there! The best part - incredible view of the sunrise and the water is exactly 64 steps off the deck. BTW outstanding grill and lounge chair seating and table for six on the deck. Thanks Mike! The Millers

We had a great stay at Mike’s place - the beach right next to the house is beautiful and water is really calm which was perfect for my two young kids. Palm cay is a really nice area, and we took advantage of the new pickleball courts too. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing beach vacation!

This property was absolutely amazing! The accommodations were well appointed. The beds and common indoor and outdoor furniture were extremely comfortable. The proximity to beach and water was exactly what we were looking for in our Bahamas rental. The quiet environment and beautiful views made our trip. We also enjoyed the proximity to the resort beach, pool, dining, and gym. Our host Mike was very responsive and had an amazing book that answered all of our questions. We followed his instructions for buying fresh fish at the local market and cooked it ourselves for a delicious dinner! We hope to book again!! Thank you!

Beautiful! Everything was high quality and in pristine condition. The location was perfect.The host was helpful and accommodating.Highly recommend!

It’s all about the location! Right on the beach next to the other resort facilities, but we stayed in our spot on the beach. All the rooms were well sized, comfortable beds, everything very clean. Kitchen had all amenities we needed. Mike kindly stocked our fridge. We loved it!Only feedback was that the master bathroom had some loose cupboard door, rusted handle and hinges probably due to salt water. All other bathrooms looked well taken care of.We would rent this place again.

This was our second trip to Mike’s beautiful condo. The beach is heaven- quiet and very private. Plenty of room for our 4 kids with laundry in the unit. We took advantage of private Chef Everton again and the food was delicious. We rented a car this trip and we were glad we did. It afforded us the opportunity to do a day trip to Atlantis, take a snorkel trip and access nearby grocery and restaurants. If you are looking for a relaxing, slow vacation on a gorgeous beach with a beautiful condo, this place is for you!

This beautiful home is directly on the beach. The views are amazing and the water is calm, clear and warm. The resort is literally 100’ away so very convenient to grab food, beverages or just relax by the pool. We had a great time!

My family (5 adults, 2 kids) stayed at Mike’s place for a week and had a great vacation. The house was clean, modern, and well equipped. The beach was beautiful (just like the photos!) and the water was very calm and had lots of shells for my little kids (ages 2 and 4) to explore. We also used the pool at Starfish Isles which was only a block away. Mike was responsive and gave us helpful guidance on navigating the island! Would highly recommend.

We stayed in two condos next door to each other in the same building and it was the perfect place for a large group.Both units (both owned and rented from Mike) were well equipped, clean and had everything we need to enjoy or stay.The location is perfect and the property is beautiful. Mike was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with providing information about the island. We would love to return!

I booked this villa for my husband's birthday. We came with our best friends and even though it would have been a blast anywhere, the setting of this place was as close to paradise as possible. It was quiet and private, yet close enough to the marina that we could walk to go grab lunch or dinner without even thinking. The house is perfect for a group, big enough to hang out inside at night, but right on the beach, so we spent the entire time, from 6am to late at night sitting on the beach or the patio.

The Coolibah Villa was a perfect place for our group: perfect weather, lovely house, beautiful sandy beach & relaxed environment. Winderful family vacation that everyone enjoyed truly.
