A hillside retreat with a large pool and set in extensive gardens

Me & my husband truly had the most beautifully peaceful stay at this villa. Quiet, private, abundant with nature, a very large swimming pool, & cosy decor with everything you need. A real home away from home. The owners Brian & Val are two of the most kindest people too. When we booked it we mentioned that we were vegan & Alcohol free as we noticed from past reviews that they leave a little welcome basket, so we didn’t want them to spend their money on things we couldn’t have, but they were so accommodating & got us some little vegan bits on arrival. Such a beautiful touch. Although they live right next to the villa to the top, they don’t disturb you, but we did get a kind invitation to join them for some tea one afternoon which of course we were more than happy to! All of the beautiful mosaics surrounding the villa are made by Val, they really are a gorgeous touch. Lastly, I just want to personally say to Brian & Val we are so glad to have met you & we hope to stay in contact with you both for years to come. We said we feel like we’ve known you for ages. Thank you for making our stay so beautiful & welcoming & we hope to see you again next year once we re-book for our anniversary for a longer stay. Big hug to you both. Gaia & Barry xxx

If you are looking a romantic getaway, or time just to relax from work and life pressures, this is the perfect place.Everything included to make the villa a real home from home. Private secluded gardens dotted with beautiful mosaics to enjoy with a glass (or two) of wine.The pool area is beautifully set into the hillside and spotlessly cleanAll within walking distance to a corner shop and a couple of authentic restaurants and a short drive to Coral Bay and Paphos.Brian and Val are a lovely couple, excellent hosts who make you feel welcome but give you space and privacyWe cant wait to return. We really could not have asked for anything more from this holiday accommodation and our hosts, Brian and Val.The villa had everything we wanted and Brian and Val went above and beyond in making sure our stay was perfect. This included clear instructions to find the villa, being there to greet us despite our very late arrival time, providing loads of suggestions on places to visit, shops and resturants and then to be flexable with our leaving time as we had a late flight and the next guests were not arriving immediately.The villa had everything guests could wish for such as a good range of crockery, cutlery, glasses, sharp knives, full range of kitchen implements and pots pans. But it was all of the thoughtful extras that makes this villa really stand out, such as a cool bag and ice blocks for picnics or shopping, ample foil, food wrap, a wide selection of herbs, all the tv channels we could wish for, large, luxuary bath towels and a extensive well thought out welcome pack... to name a few!The 15m swimming pool is superb and although it is used by the hosts, they always give guests priority and arranged their use so that we always felt we had exclusive use of this secluded pool throughout our stay. The grounds of the guest villa are very well laid out with several different shady corners to sit and have a drink or a meal.Our hosts really looked after us well, attentive, friendly but unintrusive. Brian makes a great Brandy Sour. We can't wait to return to perfection.

This property was EXACTLY what we were looking for, only half an hour from the airport and same time down to the promenade at Paphos. Great views down towards the town. Spacious and well furnished, the villa had absolutely everything we needed for our time there, and the gardens are so beautiful and well kept, teeming with pollenators, insects and lizards. The pool is large and had warmed up nicely, maintained on a daily basis by the owners.Brian and Val are lovely people who try their very best to ensure their guests have the best stay possible. Near enough if there is a problem, but completely unobtrusive so as that guest privacy is maintained.We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this property.

Our hosts Brian & Val were most welcoming, they made us feel like visiting family and we left with an appreciation of home made brandy sours.A splendid botanical garden, with its array of flowers & rustic foot paths.Indoor living is homely & comfortable where everything needed is provided. The arrival pack consisted of so much more than the usual necessities.We've stayed in numerous villas & the pool area here ranks 1st on all counts. As does the whole place.

Brian and Valerie were excellent hosts and were happy to advise on which restaurants to visit.The apartment had plenty of room inside for a couple. The facilities included hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. UK TV channels were available on the TV.There was a large private garden and pool area, although the weather was not warm enough for us to use the pool.There was a restaurant in Tsada within 10 minutes walk of the apartment that we used. Two other restaurants were 15 minutes walk away.Tsada is about 10kms outside Paphos and about 600 metres above sea level so cooler than Paphos.Overall, an excellent apartment and we would definitely recommend to anyone not desperate to stay in Paphos itself.

Having previously lived in Cyprus, arriving at this lovely little villa and the genuinely warm welcome from Brian and Val made it feel like a proper homecoming. Ideally located within about 30 mins of the airport, it’s the ideal location for either getting out and about or if you need a total switch off from life’s pressures. Whether you want to eat out or cater for yourself, there are plenty of choices within a short drive of Tsada, and there is certainly no shortage of options for places to go or things to see. Particular highlights are the sun terrace, the fantastic 15 meter pool and the sea views down the valley towards Paphos. For us it was the perfect holiday, made extra special by our fantastic hosts.

Jan and I had a lovely two weeks staying at Brian & Val Villa, they gave us a great welcome on arrival explaining all we needed to know about Villa and the local amenities The location is perfect with great views down the vally to Paphos. The Villa is set in lovely well kept gardens with a huge swimming pool which is well maintained by Brian.The village of Tasda has a couple great traditional Taverna's well worth a visit also there are local shops supplying all your needs. If your looking for a relaxing holiday with great hosts this is the ideal place to go to.Once again thanks to Brian and Val for making us feel very welcome, we would definitely think of going back again. We decided this property was for us after reading all the previous excellent reviews! If you’ve looking for a quiet, private, relaxing location this is for you. The house is located in the grounds of the owners who welcome you with open arms but keep their distance unless you need them. The well placed planting and a terrace gives you the feeling that it is an individual property. Lots of places to sit in the sun or shade with sunbeds, table and chairs scattered around the grounds The pool is kept very clean by Brian every morning. The inside of the house was immaculately clean and everything you may need is provided for. Bedroom is air conditioned with a large ceiling fan which kept the room lovely and cool at night. Two local shops provide most you would need but a 15 min drive will take you to Lidl and a large supermarket. Great restaurant in walking distance from the house. Brian and Val are the best hosts we have ever had and we have been renting houses all over Europe for 30 years! The welcome pack is perfect All in all Steve and I cannot recommend this highly enough and will definitely be returning !

Ideal location. Brian and Val are great hosts and are there if you need anything, but dont intrude in any way. The starter pack is very good. Tsada is a lovely little Cypriot village and the property is well situated to enjoy the surrounding area. We would highly recommend this accommodation. Thanks again to Brian and Val.
