A gorgeous lake sunset view villa in a gated High Grove resort near Disney

We couldn't have had a better experience with this property and agent/owner. Clean, tastefully decorated and everything you would need and then some...pool rafts, ice packs, every kitchen need....

Enjoyed our stay, everything was just as described. Leeza was absolutely wonderful to work with!! Will stay again!

Our second time staying in the house. The host was very accomadating and the house was great. Pool was warm and location is ideal for everything in central Florida. We will be staying here again.

Perfect gated community. Villa well situated within the resort. Well furnished and all you need in the kitchen. Host is good at communicating. Excellent British Pub just outside the gates. Close to Disney and many golf courses. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and organized. My only complaint and not really complaining just inconvenient. We only had one roll of tp in each bathroom for a week stay with 4 people. Sorry it just wasn’t enough. We ended up buying more. No biggie. We just hadn’t stayed anywhere where there wasn’t extra supplies. The other thing was the couches and chair in living room are pretty worn Out and honestly weren’t comfortable at all. We ended up watching tv in the bedrooms because they were so uncomfortable.

Stayed here for 10 days/9 nights for our family of 5’s trip to Disney/ universal. We had the best time, house was fantastic! Our kids loved the pool after a long day at the parks and enjoyed early morning swims on rest days. The house is close to so many things. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is absolutely gorgeous Lovey 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms The lake is full of baby gators and lots of other wildlife very interesting to see when sitting round the wonderful pool area Lots around the area, great location for all ages not far away from Universal and Disney can’t wait to book again

The main issue was that the hot tub didn’t work. The water was not hot. Also the furniture is pretty wore out and not comfortable. My mother was with us and she is 82 so she stayed at the house most of the time and said the couch and chair was very uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved this house! It was everything we needed! Spacious, clean, well equipped! We asked for a blender and they provided one for us!! That was Very thoughtful! The neighbors were very friendly and quiet. We enjoyed visiting the pub located just outside the property, what a treat! Of course we enjoyed the pool area everyday! The listing did mention a BBQ grill, there is no grill oat the house. So just don't plan on using one. We were slightly bummed about that. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again! It's convenient to the parks and located tnear shopping and grocery stores.

We rented this house for while visiting Disney World for the week. The house was a little farther away than I was thinking, given the traffic on the main road to get there. It took about 25-30 minutes to get to the parks and Disney Springs on most days and the traffic was still pretty heavy at night (10-11pm) when returning (lots of traffic lights).The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We saw some wildlife while there (a few large birds and small gators) in the canal. The pictures made it seem like the water feature was bigger and more space between the houses, but there was only space on one side of the house and the canal was just a short closed ended canal that was pretty small. Nothing negative, just FYI.The house was very clean and the pool was great. The house was sorely in need of some updates though. Most of the furniture was pretty old and worn. The towels provided were plentiful, but a random assortment that had seen better days for the most part. Only 1 paper towel roll and 3 small toliet paper rolls were provided for 3 bathrooms for the whole week. The game room was the garage that was stifling hot.All in all, we had a good stay and would recommend as long as you know the expectations coming in.

We had a great week staying here! It was a very nice clean house that was plenty big enough for our family of 6. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. It’s a great location within 45 minutes of all the parks. The host was great and very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this house. The water behind the house had many birds and turtles that were fun to see. We also had some lizards climbing the screen room that the kids loved to watch.

Lovely villa, in a great location. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a villa during their Florida visit.

Property was just as described. Good location 20 minutes to Disney. 90 minutes to east to space coast or west to Tampa. Have plenty of food locations or groceries within 5 minutes.

The home was just as the listing shows. The Kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of beds and room for a larger family. We would definitely stay there again if and when we return to Orlando.

House was everything we were hoping for. Being situated on a corner lot provided privacy that most houses do not. Egrets and white heron walking around, loved having the water behind us. I emailed the owner with a non urgent question at 11pm and she responded immediately.The only negative I would say and the interpretation was my fault. The note did say to stop at Walmart for essentials. I did expect that the house would provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, soap. I wish the message had been more explicit about what was include.& what esseantisjals were included“

Property was nicely maintained and location was great ! We were close to Disney and other places we wanted to visit in Florida and the house was located in a nice quiet community. We would definitely stay again!

The house was big for only 4 people but overall it was perfect! Great place for privacy vs a normal hotel.

Wasn't the best. Wasn't the worst. Lots of stains on furniture. Scratched pots and pans, had to buy a new one to use. Comfy beds. Overall, would stay again.

Wonderful stay! House was exactly as described and close to everything. A little dated and the oven button was cracked but was not an issue for us. The peaceful community and wildlife more than made up for this. We felt at home the entire time. Hope to stay here again our next family trip. I would highly recommend staying here.

Not sure what all the fantastic reviews are for? I do not want to dissuade anyone from renting this property, because for the most part, its ok. You can judge for yourself. Let me try and sandwich this. First, it is a nice quiet neighborhood. Very serine. The view of water out the back is great. But, OMG...Did anyone watch TV? The size of them...I have seen larger screens in cars. Absolutely horrible. The Master shower (head), it was like 47 pins sticking in my back! Spend 25 and get new ones! The towels, I've had better at a Holiday Inn pool. My wife saw some black hairs in bathroom which freaked her out. Good thing she didn't do laundry like I did. Huge clumps of hair in washer. Does housekeeping not check laundry? VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in the pool. Spent extra money to have hot tub and pool heated. We received instructions on how to use. After an hour the hot tub was...ok, the pool...no way. The owner will now come back and say, well, the weather was cool. Yes it was.When we got there, it was not covered and no cover available in pool area. Strange. And just a heads up, take their word, they won't supply hardly anything. One dishwasher tab and one laundry tab. Just enough TP to make it thru a day or 2. Again, spend just a few more dollars and supply for your customers. If you're ok with all of these, the location is great. Like I said, quiet, near major highways, close to Walmart and WDW. They advertise a Pub just outside the community. Don't believe it. It's shutdown.

Overall it was perfect for our family, spacious and everyone had their own bathroom! It was a bonus. Also having laundry on site was great. Of course the pool was a great addition. ONLY thing I will say. There were only two facecloths in the villa and we ended up having to buy our own. But other than that. The pool guys was super helpful and so was the host. :)

The property is perfect!! Everything was clean and on point. The pool and spa were a wonderful treat after a day’s activity. The beds were comfy and I really loved the way the two masters were away from each other. Even though we didn’t use them the two kids rooms were wonderfully decorated and connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom which I loved! Thank you to the owners and management for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Our family stayed at this property in September 2024 for two weeks as part of our trip to Disney world. The first thing to note is that the booking and communication process was perfect - we were well informed, provided with clear details about the property and the check in and check out process was seamless. Excellent property management and always responsive on messenger when we had any questions. In terms of the property itself - it’s located in a gated community with security access. The community itself is really nice and quiet - perfect to unwind after a long day at Disney. The property may be a little dated inside - but that is exactly what is shown on the picture and functionally it works exactly as you need as a family of seven. Big beds - en-suites, nice spacious rooms and living area for drinks and food. The pool was an excellent temperature and very clean, as was the whole property. Due to the position of the property you feel like you have prime position looking out to the waterway and can regularly spot wildlife with a drink sitting outside - we really liked this. The drive to most parks is around 20mins - exactly as we thought - with very easy access and directions in and out of the property. We liked the fact we had tons of great restaurants and bars to access further out than the normal Disney ones as it was quieter after long days being surrounded by excited children! Overall I have provided 5stars as the property exceeded expectations.

We had a lovely family holiday. The villa is accurate as per the description and pictures, very clean and super comfy beds, it overlooks a lake where you can watch the local wildlife from the pool. Such a quiet and peaceful spot, the perfect place to return to after a busy day at the parks.

Booked this property because of pool/spa and location. When we checked in, we notified the owner of a problem with the pool heater. They sent property manager the next day and he said the owner would have tocall someone out to look at it. The owner then notified us it may be 3 days to get it looked at. The us that a repair

We frequent Orlando at least 2x a year. This was one of our more favorite stays and we will be returning. Property was beautiful. It truly is only 15/20 minutes from Disney unlike many other places that advertise and then you’re driving forty plus minutes. Everything’s very close. Didn’t have to travel far for anything. The pool was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood no one bothered us which was amazing. The host was very kind and responsive. They had everything you could need if you wanted to cook too. Would love to stay again!

The location of this house was great and the gated community was very quiet. It was a short drive to the Disney parks and there were several grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a family vacation. The bedrooms were all a good size and our family of 5 (grandparents, parents, and 8-year old) had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a good size and was not overlooked by other houses.

Spacious property in nice community. Well equipped with TVs, good aircon. We were optimistic upon arriving. However found the spa in the pool did not work at all. Called owner who sent maintenence guy but he couldn't fix it. Still not fixed when we checked out. No instructions for cooker so unable to use oven. Cleaning of house left a lot to be desired. And cleaner turned up at 9.40am on checkout day trying to get us to vacate house before agreed 10am check out time. Such a shame its so poorly managed or else would be ideal.

This house is nice and has everything you need. Close to all things Disney, restaurants and shops, yet on the outskirts and away from the noise and craziness. Very quiet and relaxing area.
