A dream villa for an unforgettable holiday!

This trip certainly provided luxury and a story for the books! Maly, our host was amazing! From arriving to handling the events that took place in our extended stay, she was great! Due to the USA/Venezuelan conflict that happened during our last day there, Maly ensured a high level of communication on the airport situation and allowed us to extend our stay.The property is well suited for 7-8 adults, the views were incredible and we took in kayaking to the other islands. Well worth it!

The property and Maly were fantastic. Maly recommended a local car rental that picked us up at the airport, took us to the house and the cars were there. Did not have to worry about getting all the luggage into a small suv. Maly also recommended a photographer who met us at the villa, then met us at the beach so we could get our family photos done. Suggest they add a floor plan to the website, the house was not quite laid out like we expected, but still wonderful. Well appointed and we had a great time!

Prior to our arrival, the property manager was amazing - answering every question we had and providing awesome recommendations. Upon arrival, the car service recommended was seemless and the property stunning!! Maly greeted us and toured us through the property that literally has everything one could think of! Don't bother bringing adaptors- there are plenty! We appreciated the welcome beverages and snacks, what a kind touch!! We had a few hiccups throughout our stay but they were nothing that could have been fixed in advance and, more importantly, were handled professionally and immediately. The pool is stunning and the view breathtaking. Just take special note of the layout, two (bunk and master) of the four bedrooms are attached to the 'main house', a queen room off of the pool area and another down an outdoor staircase. This layout works for many groups, we traveled with more children than adults so it made me a little uncomfortable at first but the area is gated and secure and we had no issues. Just worth mentioning the unique layout. Also to note, there is no AC in the main areas of the home. The breeze was lovely while we were there but there were times we would have loved an air conditioned common space to gather. All in all, we would rate this home a 10/10. Super clean, too!! Mid-week housekeeping was also a special treat.

The property was as described in a quiet safe neighborhood where our family could relax and enjoy our time together. Maly's recommendation's and her responsiveness to details were 5 star as well. We would definitely consider Villa Matira if we were to return to Saint Martin in the future.

Villa Matira was exceptional in every way. The location was great. Just across from Pinel Island which was a quick ferry ride or quick to kayak with the use of 3 provided with the villa. We thought that it was very well equipped with kitchen and laundry which was useful for the stay. Location was safe, clean and gorgeous views. Maly was great! Providing a lot of useful information while on the island such as restaurants, ferry info., meal/grocery deliveries and many more. Gizmo, the driver she referred us to was reliable and an overall great guy. He took us everywhere. Highly recommend this villa!!

My wife and I stayed at Villa Matira for one week, and it was our most memorable vacation by far. Of course the island is all sorts of beautiful and wonderful, but the house felt like its own luxury destination. We arrived a few hours later than expected due traffic from a local parade, but our host, Maly, was wonderful and accommodating. She provided us with alternative directions to the home, and even stayed late to greet us. Upon arrival, she gave us a warm welcome, and she showed us everything we needed to know about the villa. She had wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations, and she responded quickly to any other questions we had that popped up during the week. Everything was very well maintained and clean. We hired a private chef for a romantic in home dinner one evening, and he was able to find everything he needed in the kitchen to prepare our multiple course meal. I could add a million more things about the loveliness of this property, but there will not be enough room. Book it, you won’t regret it.

We absolutely loved Villa Matira. The house was clean, lovely decor, amazing view and great location. It is in a gated community and we felt very safe. Loved Kayaking to Pinel Island. Convenient to Grand Case where we dined several nights as well as Orient Baie. Maly was an attentive property manager. She helped with securing a rental car, restaurant recommendations,and excursions. Fridge was stocked with a few beverages to get us started, beach towels, washer and dryer and adapters for our electronic items. The kitchen is well stocked with upscale kitchenware if you want to cook. The house is fantastic and I highly recommend it. St. Martin is a beautiful island and we will return again.

My family (two adults, two young kids) had such a wonderful stay at Villa Matira. First, Maly is lovely and an exceptional host. She was so responsive to every ask before and during our stay. Greeted us warmly when we arrived, had great recommendations, and went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful stay on the island. We felt so lucky and cared for. The villa itself is gorgeous, just as pictured. It is SO beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed and the views are just amazing. The kids loved the bunk bed room! And it was so special to be able to walk down to the beach and take Maly's kayaks out to Ilet Pinel. This was our favorite beach, and we went multiple times. We also loved the location of Villa Matira in Cul de Sac - a lovely, quiet, safe, neighborhood, tucked away a bit, but so convenient to get to Grand Case, Anse Marcel, Orient Bay. And it was very handy having the Super U and excellent bakeries just minutes away. We highly recommend Villa Matira, and would absolutely love to come back! Merci beaucoup, Maly!

We visited St. Martin in early June and stayed at Villa Matira for the week. We loved every minute of it and would happily stay here again....hoping to do so soon!! The view is truly amazing! Every time we looked out to the water and islands it was so beatiful that it almost didn't feel real. The pictures online are accurate but the view and house are even more remarkable in person. The house was pristine yet felt very comfortable. We loved the decor and we can't say enough nice things about Maly. Communication was great. She made recommendations, met us at the house and gave us a tour and walk through of how to use the automatic doors, explain the kayaks and more. It was totally unexpected but very appreciated, that the refrigerator was stocked with both drinks for the kids and adults, adaptors for the plugs were available and a mid week cleaning was included! We had kids ages 10-18 with us.....all of them enjoyed the house and spent a lot of time in the awesome pool. We also used the kayaks to visit Pinel Island which took us about 15 minutes to get there. We highly recommend trying that too, the beach and restaurant were fantastic! Definitely appreciated that the kayaks were included!

This villa was extraordinary! The view is hard to describe, and the pictures do not do it justice. The entire villa is well thought out, and was the perfect size for my wife and three adult daughters, each having their own br and bathroom. My oldest recently got married, and the seperate bedroom around the pool was quickly coined their honeymoon suite. The locations is ideal, as it is 7-10 min from Grand Case, Anse Marsel, and Orient Beach. Kayaking to Pine Island was a great adventure as well! Maly was wonderful, and acts as an amazing host. We are already planing our return next March! Run, don't walk to this villa!
