Stayed Mar 2, 2019Tania is a warm and welcoming host - answers all inquiries immediately. Very clean and well appointed. Netflix is available for rainy days. This whole area of Bretagne is like a picture postcard. This my 2nd visit and I plan to come back.

Stayed Sep 1, 2018Stayed in the Petit Manoir last year and liked it so much we came back and stayed in the Barn this year. Both are clean and comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The accommodation is conventionally situated a very short walk from a small supermarket, butchers and fishmongers and all the restaurants you could wish for. We could not have been more please with this large holiday home and would recommend it for a holiday in Paimpol.

Stayed Jul 22, 2017For the second time we stayed with Tania and it was a great pleasure as last year. Brittany is a wonderful region to escape the hot summer in Europe (if you want that) and enjoy some of the most beautiful seasides I know. The location as well as the interior of Tania's houses are just perfect. Just a few steps away from the little but very busy town of Paimpol, but likewise also from the beach playground for the kids and the little peninsula if you want to go for a run. I think the combination of the five: house itself, private garden, beach, nature and town makes it a truly unique place. Thank you Tania - we are looking forward to come back. Chris & family

Stayed Jun 20, 2017Gorgeous bright & stylish property in a lovely chic French town. Everything you need in the house & in the perfect location. Loved wandering down to the harbour & the town every day with it's nice restaurants, cafes & patisseries. The beach near the house was the perfect playground for our daughter especially as we were fortunate enough to arrive during a heat wave. The garden at the house was also a big bonus- just would have been made even better if there was a slide or another trampoline for our 3 year old daughter to play on! Only downside about Paimpol is if you go out season (June?) then shops & restaurants seem to close & stop serving food at strange times. Brush up on your French too as very little English is spoken apart from Tania (the owner of the property) who is fluent & very helpful.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect location. You can easily walk into the historic port of Paimpol in minutes. You can start your hike along the scenic Sentiers des Duaniers right from the door of Le Hangar a Bateau. You can return to this stunning contemporary remodel, sip a glass of wine, and view the 10 meter tides from the window. We researched about a dozen alternative houses along the coast, and chose this one for its proximity to a fine village, and for its waterfront setting. We were not disappointed. We would rank it right up there with our other memorable rental experiences in Tuscany, Rhodes, Hvar, and Sea Ranch on the Northern California coast.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Fabulous sea location yet near to the town and lovely harbour - only a 5 minute stroll. Great house with all the mod cons and fantastic enclosed garden (our son loved the trampoline). Paimpol is GREAT and we really loved it - we shall be returning. Thank you so much Tania!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a truly amazing house by the sea. Light, airy, modern and with spectacular views overlooking the sea. The walled garden is lovely and the children absolutely adored the trampoline! The house is very well equipped, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The giant free-standing bath was very popular! The floor-to-ceiling windows with the bright blue skies and shimmering sea views really are breathtaking. Tania was very friendly and helpful, but not at all intrusive. Paimpol harbour is very pretty and the surrounding bars, cafes and restaurants are lovely. It is a delightful little Breton town and we had a wonderful week there in late May. We will most certainly be returning soon.
