A Beautiful Villa Nested In The French Riviera

Looking for the perfect vacation home for your visit to the South of France We have found Heaven on Earth and would be excited for you to experience all that our house and area have to offer!

Our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, in the South of France is available for summer rentals. Located 25 minutes from the Nice airport. All rooms have A/C, and the ground floor offers wheelchair accessibility. Our newly remodeled kitchen offers a kitchen island, and new appliances, witha convection stove, large fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The clothes washer and dryer are new as well and are located in a private laundry room.


Outside you will find ample private parking space, and two separate but connected terraces, fully furnished with outdoor tables, couches, and lounge chairs. One terrasse offers shade, as it is under an extended roof. The other, with its remote-controlled retractable awning, is above the pool and lined with an iron handrail for safety. It offers a view of the mountains and hills, as well as a small castle across the valley.


At the private pool, a flight of stairs down from the house, you will be perfecting your tan, relaxing on a lounge chair, or floating on a tube. The pool uses salt water, which is better for your skin, and isn't heated, but in summer 2022, its temperature was 27°C (81°F) day or night.


Above the house, you will see the charming medieval village of Bar-sur-Loup and its castle towers overlooking the area. Further above it, you will see in the distance the village of Gourdon where you will be able to buy local soaps, perfumes, and handmade glass. From there, the most adventurous can experience paragliding, fly over our house, and the gorgeous environment.


The local area is full of adventures! Other than paragliding, you will find within a 5-minute drive local restaurants with high-quality food, several hiking trails, waterfalls, and thrilling canyoning spots. One of our favorite places is the Confiserie Florian where you will feel like Charlie in the Chocolate Factory, and be able to buy old-school and locally crafted candies, chocolates, and other deliciousness for your friends and family.


Lots of stores are right around the corner (5 minutes), at Chateau-Neuf-Sur-Grasse: bakery and pastry stores, restaurants, pharmacy, hair and nail salons, spas, small bars, ice cream shop, cheese store, butcher, and even a local farmers market... The Geant Casino supermarket is 10 minutes away and offers great quality food too for some nice home cooking.


20 minutes away, you will find Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, where you can walk its medieval city, and visit the International Museum of Perfume.

Within 30 to 45 minutes of driving, you will find Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Mougin, Nice, Antibes, and Cannes, where famous artists lived, such as Pablo Picasso, Matisse, and Chagall. Their art is exposed in museums at locations full of history and views.


High rollers will be able to try out their luck at the Monte Carlo Casino, one hour drive away. Others may prefer visiting the Royal Palace of Monaco and its world-class aquarium hosting Jacques Cousteau's famous yellow submersible.


You should absolutely enjoy lunch in the village of Eze, with the most amazing views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. And on your way back, have an ice cream or a delicate pastry in the Villa Ephrussi at Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
