Stayed Apr 5, 2025Wonderful villa for a large group. Pictures were as promised. Nikos and his staff worked well for us. Would rent again. Kitchens are a bit small to prepare food for a large group but when we come back we will just do take away as it is so reasonably priced in the area.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024The villa is absolutely stunning! My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the Belvedere and Serena. However I am giving it a 4 star for location, accuracy of listing and checkin because this giant dirt hill with no guard rails to get to the house is not mentioned. For group transportation such as large vans or buses, drivers will only wait at the bottom of hill and in smaller vehicles it’s often very challenging to get up there. Most taxis (5 person vehicles) will get up the hill just fine, but a heavy vehicle may experience some rubber burning. Finding out information for the check in was a minor annoyance because 3 days before I received a messaged from the management team but I had to reach out to the property manager via what’s app, but on arrival they were very nice to greet us and make a cake and have fresh fruits.
