8br/6ba pool villa with lake view, Near Disney

A fantastic stay! Communication was excellent from booking to checkout. The house was spacious for all parties to hangout in a variety of spaces. The location was perfect for getting to all Disney parks. We would definitely stay again.

The property was everything that we needed for our family vacation. The cleaners could do better cleaning because my grandchildren socks were dirty from walking on the floor. The weeds need spraying around the pool and the jacuzzi.

House was clean. One of the showers upstairs had a door that was broken and there were a couple lawn chairs broken. The pool filter quit working, but was fixed the next day. The night before we left, the neighbors were arguing until 4:00 AM. We had a good family vacation.

Check-in was easy, the staff and guards were extremely helpful. We enjoyed the amenities--club house pool, river, and ice cream! The house itself in a word--OMG! We had more room than we knew what to do with. The only issue we had was the AC seemed to adjust and it turned out someone before us put the upstairs thermostat on a weird random schedule. We contacted the who answered in minutes and helped us un-program it; once that was done, it was perfect cooling at 70 both day and night. The pool was beautiful and I learned our grandson is a fish. :) Would we go back? If we ever return to the area, YES, this would be our spot because this was southern Florida perfection with a great place, great stay, and an owner who is awesome. :)

This house was perfect, full of the comforts of home plus so much more. We stayed for 4 weeks and so enjoyed the warmer weather. The rooms were spacious, private, comfortable and clean. The pool and spa were just perfect for relaxing and exercise. We added the grill and used it often. The community was beautiful, we had access to the club's lazy river, pool, gym, cafe and so many other amenities. You can't ask for a better location; less than 30 minutes from Disney, Seaworld, Univeral etc. Stores and restaurants are just up the road. Check in and out were super easy. Managment responded immediately to all of our concerns. Would definitely recommend this house.

We were a big group of 16 and there was extra space everywhere, hot tub was nice and hot, pool was nice. We are a loud family and We had no problems at all. We were worried about parking on the street but every house was doing it and we had no problems with it the whole week ( maybe because it was Halloween time) house was very clean. Check in and everything was a breeze. Host always responded quick and resolved anything that came up. Definitely will be booking again thank you

The property was huge and we had plenty of room for 14 people. The pool was good but needs help.The problem with the house is that it was not very clean, the floors and baseboards were very dirty.There was hair all over the bathroom floor. It needs painting, cleaning and several things repaired. There is a real issue with parking there in the whole neighborhood. Very tight roads and driveways. We had to wash towels everyday because there wasn't enough for everyone. I might stay there again but I am going to look and see what else is out there that is cleaner and more updated.

The house was perfect!.. Is exactly as the photos show..house was very clean,well stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, dishes and utensils..beds were very comfortable, nice pool and hot tub with no neighbours right behind so seemed more private..club house area was a short walk away..centrally located to attractions,shopping, grocery stores ..would definitely rent it again!

First - we didn’t stay in the house that is showing on the booking - the owner moved us to a different house before we came on our trip but didn’t change the booking - the house we were actually in the counters and dishes were clean - floors were very dirty Hot tub never worked was cold and then half the water drained out and broken bricks under and around it, the grill had burned out burners and no propane, pool was dirty, one toilet wouldn’t flush, one shower leaked all over…was supposed to have two washers and two dryers and only one of each worked - management company said they had ordered new washer and it wasn’t in yet - messaged owner and next day workers came and fixed washer following day fixed dryer / this should have been checked and corrected before we came to stay… Management company just came and went when they felt like it - we spent five days of our vacation contacting owner and then having to be available to management company No extra pillows or blankets / no hangers / Owner did try to rectify issues but management company was not very good We paid to heat the pool and hot tub for our nine day stay and the hot tub never worked / had to buy propane tank and grill didn’t work House was absolutely beautiful but it’s got some issues and it made the stay a bit stressful… Wouldn’t recommend this house / spent a lot of money and was disappointed… Owner needs a better management company… Owner agreed to a certain amount of refund but still haven’t received it

We came down for a soccer tournament at Disney the week of Thanksgiving. We had 17 people ages 7-73 and the house fit us perfectly. There was plenty of space, the kids LOVED the heated pool, and we could all eat at the table! We're also all big cooks and were able to make a huge Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen. The extra fridge in the garage and the two washers and two dryers were a big bonus. Beds are comfy and the house is only a 15 min drive to Disney. Also, the owner is very responsive and helpful.
