nRelaxing 3BR Townhome with Pond View, Pool, and Porch – Walk/Tram to Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Townhouse was spotless and plenty of room, pool within walking distance and location is a very secluded area. Enjoyed being located away from downtown Bethany but short trip to beaches.

Our family has owned a unit in the Villas since 1989. Now that our family has grown to include spouses, grandchildren, etc, we now need 3 Villas for this extended family vacation. This unit is a 3BR, 2.5 bath like ours with a 3 season porch on the back. This unit had plenty of seating for all of us and just the right number of beds. This unit is also due for some upgrades, with the kitchen being the most needed. We were also disappointed that beach chairs were not provided. Luckily we had plenty at our own unit. This Villa was located near the pool and trolley stop and in sight of our own property which worked out great for us.

Issues: The AC needed a charge when we were there. The rental company called to get the contracted HVAC people and they came at 9:30pm. It was a hassle, but good to get help so quickly. The only other update I'd suggest is the coffee maker pot. It is good to have this for large parties, but this pot had all sort of issues and should be replaced.

Good house. Could use some upgrades and better cleaning, but we would stay again. Thanks!
