Wonderful property with a great check-in & check-out house manager. Quick walk to the beach. We appreciated the separate kids living room to give some noise separation. Overall, beautifully decorated and great layout. KITCHENKitchen is well stocked and has basic spices. The big ice machine was helpful. While you may see two fridges in the pictures just be cognizant that one is the owner’s fridge. The butler’s pantry was great for organization & not seeing everyone’s groceries all over the place. One item we are suggesting to add is a griddle to make pancakes. BEDROOMSBeds were comfortable.We wish the kids bunks had a proper handle to assist climbing up and down. The wood area is wide for little hands and even adults. As the ladder doesn’t have an angle it’s a bit challenging. Perhaps owners could look to install grab bar for way up.BATHROOMSNice to have so 3 en suites for families plus another two bathrooms. Appreciated the stools in the kid’s bathroom to help little ones get to the sink.MISCELLANEOUS Wish there was a mat inside of the entry foyer on bottom floor. Coming in from showers before entering the house inevitably means wet feet.AC worked well. This was the first house we stayed in with an elevator. Elevator was great for getting items to the different levels. It’s a feature we will now look for.Having the rental of 2 umbrellas & 4 chairs that are set up each day at the beach made it so easy!

The Big Easy is simply beautiful, spotless, and well equipped. I highly recommend it for a large group of all age ranges. It's convenient to downtown and the boardwalk and there is plenty of parking.

The house is great! Clean, organized, and spacious for our family to enjoy a thanksgiving weekend!

Amazing beautiful new home that was perfectly designed for large groups at the beach. Property manager helped us check-in and out of the property and was easy to communicate with. Owner was easy to communicate with and had an organized binder on the house and restaurants with personal recommendations. Home was more beautiful than the pictures and descriptions on VRBO! I have been coming to Bethany Beach for 50 years and this was my best stay ever!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house that is only a short walk from the beach and all of the offerings of downtown Bethany. The house was clean, well maintained and perfect for a group of mixed ages. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

3 different families stayed in the house with 6 kids ranging in ages from 7-14. We had a great time! The house was exactly as listed and really well stocked. Having 3 masters was nice for the adults. The owners gave a ton of information about the area and amenities before the stay which was really helpful. The property manager, Sandy, was lovely and flexible. The chair/umbrella rental at Steen's was a nice bonus. It was nice being so close to downtown. The beach is about a 2 block walk, which isn't bad. If you have a big crew, this is a crowded part of the beach, set up your spot early if you can. Overall, wonderful experience. Thanks Anna, Blair and Sandy.

The house was gorgeous and the absolute perfect location. We were able to walk to all the shops and walk to the beach -a block away everything. The house is very large and spacious. No one felt crowded fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. Was lovely, if we had a family reunion again, I would book for sure!!

Our 3 children, spouses and 9 grandchildren came to Bethany Beach to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I can't say enough about The Big Easy!!!!! Location was awesome - about 2 blocks off the beach. We rented umbrellas and chairs in addition to the ones provided by the rental home to make it easy for everyone to go to the beach with very little in tow. In addition, everything in the town was within easy walking distance so using cars was rarely needed. The owner, Anna, was SO fast to reply to my questions starting over a year prior to our rental and even when she was out of the country! Anna provided detailed information just prior to our rental week which made the process go very smoothly. The house was so beautiful and easily accommodated our family in all the bedrooms. We even found the home to be so well stocked with kitchen items, books, and entertainment for the children. They absolutely loved the kids' gathering space. The grand-kids even got to tour the firehouse across the street. There was plenty of room for parking our 4 cars. You can not make a wrong decision to rent The Big Easy and we certainly would never hesitate to rent this home in the future.
