Beautiful villa which suited our whole family of 11 ages 70 years down to 5 months.Nina, who was our contact could not have been more helpfull.We would definitely book here again.

Great villa with lots of outside space and an amazing pool which had a large sun umbrella to shade some of it which was lovely. The bedrooms all had air conditioning which made sleeping so much easier in the heat. The hosts were excellent and came round straight away to fix any problems.Moraira is beautiful. It is about a 25 minute walk into town. There are plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a very relaxed atmosphere with lots of families. Taxis back to the villa were about 9 euros.We had a lovely time and would definitely go back.

Wow!Communication with the owner was 10 out of 10 from the very start.My family used it for one week. on arrival we were met by Nina who gave an excellent handover and instructions for everything in the villa. Her husband Nick cleaned the pool during the mornings before we even woke, he remained on hand to rectify any small issues that arose throughout a week. Nina and Nick were supportive and responsive and just amazing lovely people. The Villa, all of the bedrooms had air-conditioning, were exceptionally clean, had plenty of storage space and were large and airy. The family room has fixed bunk beds, and double bed. The Lounge and kitchen had everything and every day Home would need.The outside area, where we spent most of our time together, had an amazing pool a superb relaxing pool side area ideal for adults and children. We all had a sunbed and plenty of space to put it the outdoor kitchen with barbecue fridge freezer hot plate was where most of our evening cooking took place. The barbecue area the Veranda and the upstairs balcony all had its own shade if you wished.I would highly recommend this to any family or group looking for large Villa in a beautiful area in Moraira. Villa is located on a hill outside Moraira but it’s only took 25 minutes to walk into the town. There is a taxi rank in town to take you back for less than 10. The villa does have a carport should you wish to have your own car.

Villa is very fan-familiar to spend with her family. clean and well-groomed. Good contact with the owners. I recommend it with a clear conscience.

Had an amazing time at this villa with two families, it was very spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. The communication from Ruud & Nina was excellent. Just a 25 min walk down to Moraira and the Paella evening prepared by Nick was fantastic. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely like to return to this villa.

Perfect place for a family vacation. The outdoor kitchen and pool area are fantastic. The family never left the villa. There was 13 of us and we had more than enough space in and out of the villa. The host was very accommodating and on hand for any assistance. The villa itself was well maintained and absolutely spotless. The location was really good and it was a nice quiet area. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The villa was fantastic and was better than expected. We had a family group of 13 and we all fitted in, with air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The pool was great for relaying and the kids loved it too. Plenty of outdoor spaces and shaded areas. The outdoor kitchen was also great.Ruud and Nina communicated well and we were well informed of

The villa is fantastic, 12 of us stayed and the ages ranged from 15 months to 61 years of age and everyone had a great time, the villa had everything you need to have a great holiday. The pool was a great size. Enough sunbeds and chairs, the only thing the villa could add is furniture on the upstairs balcony and shutters to the back bedroom and the family bedroom with the bunkbeds. This did not stop us enjoying the villa though.and shutters on

We rented this house for two weeks in July 2024. We were 14 guests in the age of 1-73 and we had a great time. The villa is spacious and well equipped and all the families had their own bathrooms. Outside there was also enough space for everyone and the pool was lovely. We recommend to have a rental car as there is a 20-25 minute walk to the beach/shops. We had some small problems but they were solved very fast. Nina and Ruud answered quickly when we had questions. We highly recommend this villa for a family holiday!
