6 Bedrooms : Modern, Large, Granite Banquet Table, Pool Table, Foosball Table.

This place is clean, roomy and family friendly. Very prompt community as needed. Great location with beach a block away and close to many different restaurants and activities.

Golf trip with 8 people and plenty of room! Love the bedroom setups with most having their own rooms. Two large refrigerators in the unit for plenty of food and drink space. Large table in living room for lots of people to play poker or whatever. We didn’t use the pool, but the balcony overlooked the pool and hot tub and they looked nice. No issue with the car parking. Highly recommend for golf trips! I just wish you could see the ocean and sunrise from the balcony. Years past, we have stayed in the high rises right on the ocean and miss the sunrises and sound of the waves.

Good place for large group

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The kids had a blast in the pool, lots of space inside the house. One of the things we had issues with were some of the kitchen items. They have definitely been well used and some of them will probably need to be replaced or updated soon! There were no cookie sheets or baking pans. Not a big deal but we planned on cooking breakfast with the oven but there wasn’t much to use. The pans were not flat so cooking food evenly tended to be a struggle. Made some great memories. The walk to the beach was convenient and the kids all had a blast!

Family friendly. East accessories to everythingClean. Had just.about everything we would've needed there. Plenty of space for everyone. Would have been nice if that had some beach stiff there like chairs or towels toys. They did not have any gaming systems that they advertised which was kind of a bummer for night time when we were all winding down, as that was one of the things that drew us into this property.

Great location

The place was great and roomy. Just a couple of items though. TV in one of the bedrooms not working. Washer and dryer room door handle kept coming off.

How we were just 1 minute from the ocean. Loved it for my grandkids.

The biggest plus of this property was the functionality for multiple families. Every couple has their own room and there was additional spaces for the kids. The next plus was the pool. It was ideal for younger children and was easy to keep tabs on them while they played. The third plus was logistics to the beach. It was a 3 minute walk. Overall the property was great. A little more worn out than the pictures would show and they need an upgrade on kitchen utensils (especially more than 1 large skillet for almost 20 people) but plenty of placeware, seating, and space. One suggestion is to replace several of the outdoor chairs on the balcony. I was nervous every time I sat down as most were starting to rip along the edges but they survived our stay. We had a great time and everything worked from the AC to the washer and dryer, etc. We never had any mechanical issues.

The place is so spacious and perfect for our 11-person family. We especially loved the pool table, dining table for 12, and the fact that five bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. Having two refrigerators in the kitchen was a lifesaver. Location was incredible. We walked to the boardwalk multiple times and also walked to the beach daily. Just an FYI to future travelers—the in-unit dryer isn’t the most efficient, and the outdoor pool is a lazy river and not a traditional pool. We are sad to be leaving but will absolutely be booking here again!

Place needs updated. New beds and paint and new furniture would not recommend to anyone

Everything was good except it took 3-4 hours to dry a single load of clothes more if it was towels. And the fact that 2 nights/days we couldn’t use one of the bedrooms because there was a water leak from the ceiling light/fan that dripped on the bed. Other than those 2 things the stay was good

My brother enjoyed his stay. Beautiful place didn’t disappoint. Close to the beach and nice views. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Clean and convenient to the beach for us 5 cousins with spouses. Left some maintenance items that did not interfere with stay. Would stay again.

The villa was just as described and Andy is a great host. It would have been nice to have a large frying pan and more baking dishes. The shower door needs repair but overall great value.

Have been to Myrtle beach numerous times as a kid growing up with my family. Able to bring my 4 kids, 2 grandkids, sister/her husband and several of the kids friends from Ohio, Oklahoma, Washington, Ohio and Maryland to enjoy the property. We had PLENTY of space for everyone and room to enjoy the trip. Beach was close and having the pool near by was enjoyable. Pool was alittle cool for the younger ones but OK. Appreciated all the kitchen stuff and large table for the young adults to play games and hang out at. Was a wonderful week...Thanks Andy
