The Space:
Measuring over 400 square metres, this 6 bedroom Lucca villa is extremely spacious. Many of its six good sized bedrooms have access to private terraces.

The firstthree of these bedrooms are on the ground floor. One of these rooms has an ensuite bathroom whilst the other two share a bathroom between them.

The other three bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa and all these rooms have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is here and is furnished with a kingsize American style mattress over 2 metres wide and also has a separate sofa bed if required. There is a table and chairs here for private dining and it also boasts a hydromassage bath tub in the ensuite bathroom.

On the ground floor of this 6 bedroom Lucca villa there is also a large living and dining area with big wooden tables and chairs for up to 16 people. For those planning a special celebration, there is plenty of room to dance the night away either here or by the beautiful staircase, complete with glass wine cellar!

This room goes straight out on to the verandah and also enjoys direct access to the brand new kitchen which was completely renovated in 2019. It is professionally equipped with oven, microwave, hob and double fridge. It works extremely well for those looking to enjoy a cookery class or for those keen to make the most of the services of a private chef during their stay.

This 6 bedroom Lucca villa is surrounded by parkland with olive groves, mature shrubs and plenty of lawns, whilst a huge 150 square metre terrace is the perfect spot to just sit, relax and marvel at the spectacular views surrounded by the scent of the lemon trees. Plenty of other seating areas with tables, chairs and armchairs have been provided to make the most of the incredible views that the property enjoys. A large stone table has been carefully positioned beneath the shade of vines and there is a BBQ for al fresco dining.

There is also a private swimming pool which was completely restored in 2020 and is heated throughout the year. Measuring over 200 square metres and with a maximum depth of 1.5 metres, it is fully gated. (Please note that pool heating in April, May, September & October is charged at 700 euros per week inclusive of VAT. During these months, the pool will be heated upon request. If guests do not want it to be heated, no fees will be applied for the usage of our swimming pool at this time. Plenty of seating and sun loungers are provided around the pool and there is also a changing room here with 3 bathrooms and 2 showers along with a small bar area with fridge and ice maker for your convenience when poolside.

A spacious tented area at this 6 bedroom Lucca villa provides plenty of seating and is the perfect spot for a party to celebrate a special occasion.

WIFI is available both at the pool and in the house itself. For those who enjoy a more active pace of life, there is a table tennis table. There is ample parking for more than 10 cars.

Pets are welcome on request but are charged at a cost of 50 euros per night.

This 6 bedroom Lucca villa is situated within walking distance of Montecatini Alto, with incredible views of Lucca and Pistoia from its elevated position. Immersed in the Tuscan hills surrounded by olive trees, it is just a short distance from Tuscany's main towns and cities including Lucca, Florence, Pistoia, Siena, Vinci and Collodi, home of the famous wooden puppet, Pinocchio.
