Stayed Nov 21, 2025What a clean, fun house! From an easy check-in process, to plenty of room for the entire family! We are so glad we stayed here for our Knoxville trip and look forward to staying in the future.

Stayed Nov 14, 2025The water pressure was terrible. When I flushed the toilet, the water in the shower stopped coming out. We had 10 people trying to get ready at the same time and only one person could shower, even though there were three showers in the house. For the price of the house for two nights, we would expect the basic home amenities would be working 100%. We feel we should get a discount for our inconvenience.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025The house was nice, was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. That’s about all the nice things i can say about this property. Upon entering the neighborhood you pass a homeless camp, and the house is right down the road. Not a great first impression but understand you can’t control that. Just something to keep in mind. When we walked in the house it was dark and had a very strong musty smell that did not go away. All the curtains were closed and it was very creepy. There is about a 1-2 inch gap under the front door that i watched bugs crawl through. When my father pulled back the sheets on his bed, there were two socks under the covers- clearly the bed wasn’t cleaned or was just roughly made between guest stays- ICK. The pocket door in the jack and Jill bathroom didn’t close all the way. Our car was broken into while parked in the driveway immediately next to the unit. And i don’t think any of us got a full night of sleep, we stayed 3 nights and each night we were awakened by sounds of people walking around. No one was walking around. So this place is either haunted or we had a nightly visitor in the house. We all heavily regretted not getting a hotel downtown. Overall would not stay here again.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025We had 8 adults staying on the property. Overall our experience was very good. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. One issue with a broken pocket door was addressed in a timely manner. The apartment is rather sparsely furnished, and the 3rd floor room lacked bedside lamps. The kitchen was adequately furnished with essentials for our stay.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Really enjoyed our stay for UTK Parents Weekend. Worth noting however, one bedroom shares a jack and Jill with the twin room. Most likely It’s really only good for 2 couples. We had 3 couples and it was tough because one had the pick of twin beds with a shared bath or bunk beds on the 3rd floor. The shared bath is just very close quarters with the bedrooms. The bunk room has only beds. It needs tables and a mirror. The 3rd floor would be good for kids. The place is big and you can walk to market square and old city. The maintenance was very responsive and easy check in and check out. Would stay again with this info in mind.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024This is NOT a safe home or neighborhood!! My 80 year old mother and I arrived earlier than my husband and kids. We entered the house and it was dark and had a very musty smell. All the windows were covered by big black velvet curtains and when you opened them, not only were they dirty but they faced a home with boarded up windows. We went upstairs and all the bedroom doors were closed so opening them and entering was quite eerie. My mom heard a noise on the main floor and went down to find a drunk homeless woman trying to get in the back door. We were very concerned. I called the property manager and said that we were concerned and did not feel safe staying there. After hanging up the phone, I called my husband, during our conversation, we heard loud footsteps coming from the 3rd floor, my mom and I froze. Then the noise happened again! We grabbed our purses and ran outside. When we got in the car, we were both shaking. The property owner refused to give us back any of our money so we not only had to pay the entire 4 nights stay but had to pay for hotel rooms for all 7 of us for the 4 nights. I was very disappointed in the location, near a underpass with about 150 homeless people, the house and the service!! I will also be contacting The Chamber of Commerce! I was hoping to get this resolved with the property manager but they do not care about our safety! I also suspect that the positive reviews on the rental site are all fake.
