Stayed Apr 9, 2025Property needs some love and better management. Not the worse house I stayed in but pretty low on the list. When we received the checkin information prior to arrival, it had no door access code. We only realized that piece of info was missing after we arrived. We called multiple numbers for management and sent messages on VRBO and after speaking to multiple people and getting a run around for over an hour we finally received it.. Then we see that none of the Tvs were working, there was no Cable / internet in the house. We reached back out to management and it took them 8 days to get it fixed and even after they fixed it only a few tvs worked. The Wifi information they sent was wrong and we had no access to Wifi either. I reached out to Management again regarding the impact to our stay and last they said they will get back to me with some type of compensation. Been waiting 2 weeks and I have still not heard back from them. The house is not updated at all. Upstairs master bathroom needs some TLC. Beware: Unresponsive management. Not a nice house.
