Stayed May 19, 2025There was miscommunication in regards to obtaining the access code for door entry. Called customer service 3 times trying to get host to respond with code. Finally got in after 2 hours. Had elderly and child with me. Was unpacking when i should have had my family eating dinner. Besides that the house was amazing, so much space. Comfy relaxing, truly one of my highlights of the trip. Wish they would have been willing to make up for the 2 hour delay of sitting in the drive way in 97 degree heat in the sun. Next time ill make sure i have the code the night before.

Stayed Sep 2, 2021Just have a few suggestions the furniture in the house need some update cushions a little flat, also all the big beds need some mattress can feel the springs in the bed. The pool area need some bars to get in and out next to the stairs and the patio furniture need some new cushions.
