5 bedroom luxury villa with private pool and garden in oludeniz

Property is very clean and well located with access to the beaches and grocery stores

Lovely spacious villa, with a great outdoor pool. Communication with rep was excellent and airport transfers good, we all felt the villa could be better maintained and cleaned. we arrived, to a used ashtray on the table by the pool, and dirty tables. There was also a used ashtray on the 3rd floor balcony,m. The cushions on the outdoor areas, were filthy and we were not able to sit on them. One of the tables that was situated by the sun loungers was broken it, just collapsed. The wifi did not work for 24 hours and wires had been removed, should be checked. The 3rd floor balcony is loose and needs further securing and the glass cleaning as looked like juice had been thrown against it. we were appalled to see that there was lumps of chewing gum on the lights as you head out on to the terrace and the patio door curtains had what looked like chocolate all smeared on them. The dishwasher was broken but was soon sorted. the bathrooms are all in need for fresh grout and a bit of bleach. There was dirt under and in the toilet brush holders, clearly not moved when the floors are mopped but to see such filthy toilet brushes, was something we did not expect. I would highly recommend replacing everyone of them. 1 bedroom was full of ants, climbing up the bed. The sink in the penthouse did not drain and cupboard had rubbish.no fridge either although one in kitchen so need to take up stairs. would strongly recommend a full room to room review to ensure the required standard for future

The villa is absolutely stunning, clean and tidy and so spacious, would highly recommend. Just a short taxi ride into Hisaronu and Oludeniz. Quiet and tranquil with everything you could possibly need.

We’ve had the most amazing stay at this villa, the rooms are modern, huge and have everything you need. The pool area is gorgeous and has lots of different seating areas, we also arranged airport transfers with the host who was very helpful and friendly. Absolutely stunning property Fully equipped with everything you could need or want

Stunning villa on the outskirts of Ovacik. Be prepared for steep uneven roads but taxi available from outside.

We have just come back from a two week stay at this stunning villa. Beautifully decorated, stunning views and plenty of room for all. The villa and pool are well looked after. Fridges were stocked with bottled water. Kitchen was well equipped with all cutlery, plates and cooking equipment needed for your stay. Cupboards filled with spare towels, bedding and pool towels which was very handy. Small local shops are easy to walk to downhill.. walking back up the hill to the villa is hard work in the heat. Only 100 lira to Migros in Hisaronu where you can do a full food shop. Only thing I would add is that the bedroom windows do have blinds/shutters however, early morning the sun still beams through them. We took a black out blind with us for the children. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely recommend to anyone!

The villa met all our expectations- the other reviews are correct, the pictures do not do if justice. There was a real wow moment when we arrived. The outside area is the real showstopper- even in extreme heat there is always shade and space to spread out. The pool is beautifully cleaned every morning. The kitchen is well appointed on on the ground floor so easily accessed from outside. We did have constant ants in the kitchen- they sniff out the slightest crumb, but got round this by zip locking all food! We did have a power cut but the maintenance team came quickly to sort it- just make sure phones are charged at all times! The transfers Ali arranged were brilliant and very reasonable. He also arranged shopping to be in the villa on arrival which was a godsend arriving late at night. The nearest shop is a 10 min walk but it’s uphill in the heat in the way back! Taxis were reasonable- £6 to Oludeniz and very easy to get- basically you push a button by the gate and it comes! Brill restaurant Karizma within walking distance. We were a multigenerational family and the space worked fantastically well but there are a lot of stairs if you are infirm. All in all a fantastic place… I suspect we will be back!

The villa and the attentiveness of our host' Ali, did not dissappoint. At 1000 ft above sea level with several shaded areas we were able to avoid the intensity of the sun and 42 degree heatwhile relaxing and enjoying the delights of the pool. Kamakazie restaurant and local small supermarket a 10 minute stroll away - but taxis for the uphill return. Taxis to the beach £7 where plenty of bars andbrestaurants. Top TIP - airport transfers are paid in £ sterling - we were unaware and had limited cash. Cards accepted in ATMs which will deliver £ as well as local currency. We had a great stay at this villa. It was a shame stunning and we could t have asked for more. It had all the luxuries you could possibly want. A home from home. The Manager Ali was simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and responded within minutes if you had any questions whist there. The service was impeccable. The only slight downside for us was location. As it’s quite high into the mountain so walking would be an issue if you had any health problems, however, there is a taxi button right outside property and the once Pressed the taxi turns up within minutes so it was very simple to get around and taxis are very reasonable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here against
