5 Bed Villa, Ocean View , Pool with Jacuzzi, Near Crane beach

We had a wonderful stay at Lancewell House Villa! The home was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group of nine. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The property manager was exceptional—professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive via WhatsApp and Vrbo. They provided a welcome packet with recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities, which we found extremely helpful in planning our trip. One thing to note is that while we loved the villa’s private and peaceful location on the more remote side of the island, it’s important to plan for transportation if you’re doing activities further out. Taxis primarily operate on a cash basis, but they do accept USD, so there’s no need to worry about exchanging currency. The property also has a recommended taxi driver, Chester, whose contact information is in the welcome book. He was professional, reliable, and made getting around easy. Overall, Lancewell House is just as beautiful as pictured, and we truly enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and private getaway in Barbados, this is a fantastic choice! Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

A beauty oasis in a tropical setting! The house is clean, well organized and comfortable with an amazing pool. It worked very well for our group of 8 adults. (Three cousins come—might have been a bit crowded if all 11 of us were there). Lesley the host was very responsive and helpful. For instance, when the rental company didn’t have our car and all cars were sold out, she helped us secure a car rental. The local beach was an easy walk and stunning, and the water perfect. The only downside was eating—restaurants were pretty sparse nearby, and quite expensive (all over Barbados) and took a very long time! But had a great trip!

Lancewell house provided the ideal base for our cropover escapades. We appreciated having a clean, spacious and dynamic space to recover from our nights of partying. The pool also was a welcomed refresh from the smouldering August heat. All in all an excellent vacation.

Lancewell House felt like our own little private resort. Our group ranged in ages from 21 to over 60 and everyone loved the property. The backyard with pool and hot tub was a perfect oasis. We can’t wait to return.
