The pictures don't even fully express how perfect this property is. There was more than enough room for each person to have their own personal space. The main living area has a well decorated and designed open floor plan that allows for everyone to be together without being over crowded.The pool was kept up so nicely. We utilized the pool every single day. It also has lights in it for a lit up night swim. This home was located near multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and easy to get universal studios from its location. This is a 10/10 for our family. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to make lasting memories!

I would highly recommend this listing! The owners (Eric) were very responsive to all communication during our booking process and stay. The house was extremely clean and well laid out for a large family. We all enjoyed lounging in the pool after a long day at Disney World. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. We had 8 in our party including 2 grandkids and the kids loved the bunk beds. I don't really have any complaints as we all had a great time! Thanks for allowing us to use your home. Rick

The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. The whole entire house was spotless! I love that this house had no carpet! We were down in Orlando for the Cheerleading Worlds Competition. The pool was exactly what our family needed after a couple long days of competing. The pool was exactly what we needed. We purchased the pool heat and were so glad we did. April was a little bit cooler than we expected, and the water was perfect to be swimming in it all day long!! Great location! We purchased the pool heat and were so glad we did. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was enjoyable. The location of house was close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at this house. Check-in was easy. The house was clean and stocked with some thoughtful extras, like coffee filters, liquid hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen, laundry and dishwasher pods, and liquid dish soap. We paid for pool heat and that worked well for the few cooler nights we had in March. The hot tub fit two adults comfortably and our teen likely would have fit as well. The pool was lovely with the waterfall sound and got sun most of the day. It took us 25-30 minutes to get to the Disney Parks each time we went (AK and HS). There is a great Walmart on N Bass Rd that is easy to get to without going on really busy roads. There is a large, grassy area behind the house where we saw families playing soccer, and also a playground to the right that was popular with younger kids. The neighborhood was much quieter than other neighborhoods we have stayed in when visiting Orlando. I highly recommend this house for an Orlando trip!

Everything was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Perfect distance to the Disney parks. This was our 2nd time staying here and we would definitely stay again. Communication is quick and wonderful. Everything is clean.

This is our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. The house was so clean! The thing we loved the most was all the added amenities in the house. They provided hand soap, towel, dish soap, dish towels, laundry detergent, and trash bags. They even had strollers although we ended up renting one for our stay. The biggest shocker was they had box fans!! A bunch of different perfectly noisy fans in each closet so we didn’t have to use our noise machine we got for this trip (we are used to sleeping with a box fan). Everything was all so thoughtful and we will definitely be staying here again for all our future Orlando trips!

They handle a situation on our stay that they handle efficiently and professionally. They made us feel like family which made our family vacation memorable.

Great accommodations! This is the first time traveling with our baby and they made it so easy by having baby essentials. Overall, it is a great place to stay! We loved it, and would hope to be back.

We enjoyed our stay the house looks just like the pictures it’s very spacious. We spent a lot of time out back where the pool is and everything was super clean and tidy. I loved the view from out back especially and cooking in the kitchen was easy because of all of the utensils provided 10/10

We had a wonderful stay here, all the essential amenities were there. Beautiful home with comfortable beds, huge kitchen and always love washer/dryer so to go home with clean clothes. Very nice gated, quiet community. We enjoyed the Metro diner and Woodsby Cafe. We also enjoyed Disney springs and Old Town. Best part was just relaxing by the pool.

House was perfect for our group of 4. Everyone had their own private space. Pool area was a favorite, whether having our coffee and breakfast out by the pool, or sitting in the hot tub after a long day at a theme park. Very relaxing vacation!

Very clean and plenty of space for all our needs

Amazing! Stop right here; look no further. This is where you want to spend your vacation or business trip. My family and I were impressed from the moment we drove up to the property. Everything we could need was provided. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. There was one issue - hardly worth mentioning - but I bring it up because it was immediately resolved and the owner deserves a spotlight.

This home was super clean. The decorations were beautiful. The hosts were prompt with communication. This was a great home for a family gathering in a quiet neighborhood. Will try to stay again when I'm back in Orlando.

This was a very nice house. Matched the description online. We didn't use the garage area, but it had a nice foosball table in it. The pool was clean; the spa was nice. We felt safe in the subdivision and the surrounding area. It's close to a Walmart for groceries. There is a small park in the back. If you have younger kids, they might enjoy it. A nice walking path through the neighborhood. We had one minor inconvenience, and messaged the property owners and heard back from them very quickly. Because it was later in the day, and not a major issue, they let us know someone would be out the next day to fix it. The person was out the next day, like we were told. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, spacious, up to date appliances. It was three of us. The space was inviting the pool was clean, I can’t think of anything bad to say. It is a great place to stay.

My 19 year old son and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting Disney. The house was clean and the pool was perfect. It’s close to the parks which was great. There’s a Walmart and plenty of places to eat close by. The host immediately responded when I reached out. I will definitely be staying here again!

Overall impression was okay. Check in was awesome and appreciated the email message ahead of time including the codes for the gated community and house. House was sanitized and “clean” but really could use a deep clean. We were disappointed that when we communicated a few things that needed attention, and were told she was aware already but no effort to fix them while on our week long stay or tell us prior to not use those things ahead of time. ( she also addressed me using the wrong name). The spa light is not working. They provided an extra “light” outside but there was no way to plug in it. The garbage disposal isn’t working, that side of the sink doesn’t drain. And when you use the dishwasher water comes up the sink. Very gross. The ice maker was slow, they did Amazon mail us ice cube trays to use while there. We appreciated that. No pizza cutter. No storage containers to use for leftovers. Very basic/low stocked kitchen. Pool towels were awesome! Loved the amount of regular towels available. My kids love the designs made with the towels on check in. Washer and dryer were awesome! Loved the capacity size. We heard people several nights checking the garbage cans outside one of the bedrooms. All our trash bags were cut open. Several neighbors use bungee cords, so known neighborhood problem.

We do not have one single complaint about this home. We were in a nice gated community, the house was extremely clean, all neighbors were very friendly. Location was perfect! Less than 15 minutes from old town, not far from Disney either. We had a few questions for the host throughout the week, he never was more than 10 minutes for a response! 10/10 in all aspects!!

Extremely impressed with our stay. Very clean home. Great pool, very clean too. Location was really nice with gated community and park near by. Lots of room for 2 families with our own space and bathrooms. The noise from talking did not travel much to rooms where kids were sleeping at night. The host was very prompt in answering questions, check in process was easy but throughout. One morning our coffee machine had broken, I contacted the host who promptly ordered a new coffee machine being delivered within hours of me messaging. Very impressed. Very accommodating for families that stayed here with children. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and with towels for the pool. All in all I definitely would stay here again and recommend this property to friends to stay at. This house made our trip fantastic!

The house was very well located for at a well maintained gated and quite community. A children’s park immediately behind the house was a nice amenity. The house was spacious and comfortable however their were few issues that needed attention:- the showers could have been cleaned better- the shower valve of the j&j bathroom was broken- the bar stools were too short (not able to seat at the kitchen to eat) Overall we were satisfied and felt that we got a good deal for what we paid.

House is clean. Development is quiet. Hosts were generous with pool heat even though it was quite cold outside. They were also generous with household items. It was a very nice experience.

We have stayed in a number of rental properties over the years and this was one of our favorites. The house had plenty of space for our group of 5. Having 3 bathrooms each with showers was great. Heated pool was very nice on some cooler evenings. Communication with the owner was very quick and they were very accommodating when we had any questions. Very highly recommended!
