4BR Beachfront Private Villa | Bophut Beach

Khun Ae and the staff were great. We were traveling with friends that had 2 kids under the age of 5 so we had dinner in the villa each night which was really good. The beach in front of the property was in no condition for kids to play...quite dirty. The tide was quite high so not sure if that caused a lot of debris to dumped on the beach, but either way it wasn't as nice as I expected. There seemed to be a little fishing area just next to us where there was lots of trash and debris piled up. On our last night I was also woken up by loud music that sounded like it was from a club...maybe the W which was nearby or something else. Not a major deal as I don't think it woke anyone else up. The villa was nice and as I mentioned the staff were great, but not sure I'd stay at the villa or on this side of the island again

This property is everything we hoped for, and more. Beautiful, peaceful, clean with an amazing staff ready to fulfill our every request. The sunrises were lovely, meals were tailored to our tastes - I cannot say enough about how wonderful our visit was. Staff was fantastic-‘Ae’ was ready and willing to answer every question and fulfill any request, ‘ Toon’ our chef is incredibly talented, preparing each meal with fresh ingredients - we never left the table hungry. The grounds were maintained to perfection-local plants, flowers, jasmine blooming and its scent drifting by the gorgeous fish pond… The only negative was not really a negative, just an observation: The beach was average and low tide was not too pretty -if you want to be in the midst of parties and lots of activities this is not the place to be BUT you can ask for a car to take you to Fisherman's Market and be in the middle of the noise and crowds if that’s your thing. We did that one afternoon, enjoyed it but looked forward to our ride back to the villa. That is not what we were looking for-we needed a place where we could truly relax and reconnect. This was it.

Everything was flawless from booking online to staying at the villa, transportation, meals, etc. The staff at the villa is so welcoming and warm and saw that every detail no matter how small was taken care of. They even organized us a painting of some of the art work hanging in the villa. The grounds are stunning, the views are breathtaking, I could look at them all day. The chef is truly a magician with food, even gave us a cooking class one evening. We could not have been happier with our stay. If you are looking to stay in Koh Samui I would HIGHLY recommend this place. When I come back to Thailand we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for such a fantastic week ladies. I’m truly a better person having met you and thank you so much for your kindness.

The villa was immaculate, luxurious and with a fantastic staff who were available to be as attentive or unobtrusive as you wished. The food was wonderful (they serve breakfast every morning and we had two dinners in-villa), possibly the best we had in Thailand. Each bedroom has it's own hut with bath, beds were very comfortable. The pool was lovely, overlooking the beach. The beach isn't good for swimming - it's more of a working beach with small fishing boats moored there - but it's picturesque, nice for walking. There is one boutique resort, Zazen, with a lovely restaurant in walking distance (maybe 50 yards down the beach?). Otherwise, you need a car, which the villa staff can easily arrange. Fisherman's Village and the W hotel are close, but not really walkable (at least 45 min walk to each, but 5-10 min drive). We rented one for two of our five days, driving is easy on Koh Samui. Would absolutely recommend Baan Leelawadee!

What am amazing house this is. The property was lovely and the staff were amazing, they truly ensured we had everything we needed and more. The service they gave was the best service I’ve ever received whilst staying in a house like this. Anything you needed was never too much trouble, I was truly sad to leave. Great location, pool was fabulous and the views were gorgeous

This was our first family trip to Thailand and our expectations were exceeded in every way! We loved the friendly and always smiling Thai culture, the beautiful scenery and delicious Thai cuisine! The villa was absolutely beautiful with great accommodations - very comfortable private bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, and common rooms all with air conditioning. The pool has an amazing view of the sea which looks over to Big Buddah across the bay. Large enough for laps and perfect for just floating and relaxing in the sun :). While the villa was superb the staff was what made the experience super special. They were all very friendly and always attentive to all of our needs. A special thank you to Joom for the extra attention to my shell fish allergy and special side dishes she prepared just for me. Highly recommend this villa for you stay in Koh Samui. We hope to be back soon!

This villa outshone our expectations by a long way. Location is great, accommodation is superb, the furnishings and quality of sofas, beds etc are better than you would expect in a fine hotel. The whole experience was topped by the staff. They were always professional, but not stuffy. Very friendly and fun. Chef was superb and the staff were able to book all the things we wanted to do, tours, restaurants etc.

The most stunning beachfront villa in a beautiful location. The staff are superb going to great lengths to ensure your holiday is completely fulfilling. The villa manager Kuhn Joy and her team are both friendly and professional arranging fabulous meals cooked by a superb chef and any excursions requested. I'm looking forward to returning as soon as possible!

We have been to Thailand many times and always stay in 5-star accommodation...but this time the Chef of this Villa showed us what is the best of Thai cuisine... it was an unique experience... the food was so good that we didn't want to leave the Villa. The View from the Villa was excellent...you could have a great massage hearing the waves. All the staff were super friendly and always very attentive to our needs, making all the bookings for our activities. We high recommend this Villa for your next trip to Thailand.

Took a short break at this wonderful villa with family and friends. The location is peaceful and is right on a quiet beach. The entire villa is very well designed so that each bedroom is private. The interiors are opulent and stylishly finished. This is an inside-outside villa, with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors from the reception rooms and lots of exterior space, both shaded and in the sun. The pool is large and excellent for laps, or for relaxing, glass in hand, gazing across at Big Buddah across the bay. While a villa like this is wonderful to stay in, it is the quality and humour of the Thai staff that brings it fully to life. We were especially lucky to have Lucky, the maid who looked after us, overseen by Ae the manager, looking after anything we wanted to do, day trips, dinner recommendations, massage etc. She organised massage, manicure, pedicure for the ladies at the villa-fab! We did have an issue with our shower, which was blocked and the tray overflowed when we first used. In fairness, we mentioned to Ae and I never saw a maintenance guy, but it was fixed before nightfall. Special word for Joom the in-house chef, who created breakfast daily. In the evening she really shone, our favourites from a wide food palette were her wing bean salad and Thai red curry with duck and lychees. She also has a wicked sense of humour!
