the property was excellent. the road to the property needs to be repaired. other than that had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful and great for a large group. Will not walking distance to things, Magen is such an amazing host and helped coordinate transportation to wherever you needed to go. Also highly recommend Cherine as a chef to come in and cook meals. While not cheap, a lot more budget friendly compared to local restaurants. The little pool was very nice but could have used a large umbrella for shade.

The property perfectly suited our needs. Everyone had their own space and there was also ample common space to share quality time. Ms. Meghan was very attentive and a sweet soul. Every issue we had was quickly addressed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!!!

Very thing was beautiful owner was very nice they neighbors was very friendly . House looked just like pictures clean fresh and beautiful. We had one problem with the water but owner reached out fast and made sure someone was there to help us. I will be returning soon.

We loved the Villa! Clean nice and relaxing! The bedrooms all had balconies, 1 of our favorite spots to chill and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze! The locals in the neighborhood were so friendly . We walked back and forth to the fish Restaurant Pachies across the street and enjoyed freshly caught seafood. Our trip was short but well spent! Sandy Bay is a fun relaxing little beach town and we can’t wait to visit again.

This property is a awesome place to stay, it is right between Montego and Negril....(u can get to either one in less than an hour.)....It is a very clean establishment and Meagan made sure we had everything we needed as well as up keep from day to day. Damain the property manager was in touch with us before, during, and after our stay. He is an excellent and very friendly host and as soon as u talk with him once,...He will feel like a family friend. All and all our stay @Sandy Bay was one of the best Vaykays we have ever had and we will most definitely return and stay here if and when we can......

Thank you so much for your hospitality Damain! It was such a wonderful experience staying at your spacious villa. The views were breathtaking and we were greeted with cool ocean-breeze in the morning. There is a local fish fry located steps away from the villa... Patchies, if I’m not mistaken, they had fresh caught fish, conch and lobster made to order!! I couldn’t get enough of this place as it was super convenient. It was really a nice, laid back and authentic island vibe. There is also a local beach about 5 minutes down the road. This was a quick/last minute trip and Damain was extremely responsive to ALL of my questions and special requests. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. I’ve already convinced my hubby to return for a family trip with our boys early next year. Cheers until next time!

Damian- Thanks so much for having us. The entire team made us feel at home and took great care of us. The place is so new and clean, Made sense we were the 3rd guest. We had a blast. We stayed up late and the kids swam in the pool at night. Love the bedroom and waking up to view of the ocean so breathtaking. Neighborhood: everyone super friendly and warm!
